And 15-20 million? Goku and Vegeta didn't get that high without abusing zenkais and kaio-ken. I doubt the base saiyans were that high until after their training in the Room of Space and Time.
Well, the thing is that he gained a 7.2x increase on earth in one year. So it stands to reason that his almost year spend on Kaio's would give him an increase of greater than 7.2x. I don't really think that he would keep up that same multiplier every year. The initial 7.2x that I came up with stems from his initial special training from Kami.
To be fair though, Goku and Vegeta began abusing the Saiyan power increase over the span of just a couple of days. I don't find it hard to believe that Tenshinhan could do it in years.

True, but that 7.2x increase was during a year in which he had multiple sparring partners and was being trained by Kami and Popo.
After he was brought back to life, during the 3 years spent training for the androids, Goku got stronger by training with Piccolo and Gohan, Vegeta got much stronger (surpassing even Goku) with gravity training. Piccolo got so much stronger because he trained with a Super Saiyan, and was possibly drawing out more dormant power from his fusion. Krillin got immensely stronger on Namek because of his potential being unlocked over time. Gohan was part Saiyan, and was training with Goku and Piccolo.
Tien trained with Chiaotzu, who would be a terrible sparring partner because he was so much weaker than Tien. I would even go so far as to say that they might not even have sparred at all.
Huge strength gains typically have a reason behind them. I just don't see any reason for Tien to be so strong.

I guess a new unpopular opinion of mine is that I prefer the dub Z Cell Saga to the dub Kai Cell Saga. The latter improved a few things but those improvements were largely inconsequential to me. What's more, it has quite a few negatives working against it IMO.

To be fair, the didn't get the chance to show that improvement, since Vegeta went form 18.000 to 250.000 just by getting his ass kicked, and Goku went from 8.000 to 3.000.000 by getting his ass kicked by others & getting his ass kicked by himself during a week full training in 100G.

Well, that's kinda what I'm getting at.
No one is ever shown making massive gains in power without some kind of logical explanation. Tien is doing inferior methods of training with a subpar sparring partner. There is no reason for him to be so strong.

I don't think they reached 20, 10, or even 5 millions. But also I don't think that they couldn't surpass the 300.000.

Well, my problem with that is we know that Freeza was the strongest in the universe. Aside from his father, he was the strongest, even in his first form. Those we've seen of Freeza's race have been stated to be mutants, so this amount of power isn't natural. The next strongest was Ginyu, who was at 120,000, and also stated to be a mutant.
My theory, and I admit that this is pure speculation, is that no one can surpass this level of power without either mutations, transformations, or divine powerups. Freeza considered Ginyu to be the second strongest after him (ignoring his father), so it's obvious that these powers are extremely rare. I just think that the Earthlings have limits, and that they reach them around the Android Arc, and never really get any stronger.

I agree with all of this. This is why I can't really fathom them breaking a BP of 100k.

Well, Tenshinhan did have that extra 200 days or so at Kaios. Who knows what he learned or how his strength increased? Probably nothing and very little, but still.
Tenshinhan is the most maddening character in the show, though, because of this! He is such a blank slate, disconnected from absolutely everything until it's time for a fight, and yet keeps getting pushed into the foreground for the fight (well, at first), or getting these scenes that make him seem really durable and quite stronger than expect, with nothing being done to fill-in any blanks in regards to strength or who the hell he is.

But seriously, though, I don't mind that hair cut. It's okay.

Honestly, I didn't mind it all that much at first. Then the Namek arc went on...and on....and on, and I got tired of it. Especially with the Saiyan armor.

Toriyama must have just wanted to draw something different because both Gohan and Krillin not only looked stupid in the armor, said armor was beyond useless.

To be fair, the Freeza armor never seemed to actually work as protection during fights; at far as we know that is. I believe there was never any mention of it actually providing protection, maybe a guide book but not any dialogue.

It might have saved Vegeta's life when Yajirobe got that sneak attack in.
But yeah, that's a big if and it's certainly the only time the armor helped any.

It could have helped out when Gohan headbutted Raditz.

A punch that breaks the Saiyan armor and hurts the Saiyan, would have hurt the Saiyan even more if the armor wasn't there. The armor always nulifies some of the damage. However, the attacks become stronger and stronger and the amount of damage that actually is nullified by the armor decreases in regards to it.

Isn't Goku still weaker in his base form than 100% Freeza? Because Beers said that he was.

I agree with this for the most part. I think there are some that can get that powerful without what you mentioned, though - I don't think Dabra was a mutant, and I think the base Saiyans could eventually surpass Freeza.
