Who'd be cast for BoG if Fox gave FUNi the middle finger?

There was a small discussion in the most recent podcast that brought up the possibility of FOX dubbing it themselves and ignoring the established FUNimation precedents. Who do you think they would cast? The list I'm about to give is based on people similar to the Japanese performers, or were dubbed in something else by the original Japanese cast member. I'm not necessarily big on the idea of celebrity voice casts, but if FOX were to do this, that is probably the route they would go. It wouldn't bother me either though even though I love the FUNimation cast, it's English Dragon Ball. Consistency for the most part never exists.

Goku: Tara Strong - Probably not a celebrity in the traditional sense, but if we're casting based on the Japanese version, I could see her do Goku's voice. Can't think of a more traditional celebrity who'd fit that type.

Vegeta: Kelsey Grammar - This one is more of a based on Frasier casting, his smug performance for Frasier, something in the vain of that I could see fitting Vegeta.

Kaioh/Narrator: Morgan Freeman - This is more based on the wise, old tone that Morgan Freeman could easily do with Kaioh/Narrator.

Birus: Robin Williams - This is actually based on the fact that Koi'chi Yamadera dubbed The Genie in Aladdin and since Birus can be silly, I could see Robin Williams do this.

Whis: Seth MacFarlane - FOX seems to love him, and he's relatively famous. He's got wide range, I could see him do a smooth voice for Whis, hell even I've managed to do it in a fandub.

Piccolo: Samuel L. Jackson - Seems like he'd work for Piccolo and he actually does occasional voice work.

I would have more characters listed, but I have no idea who to cast for most of the others.

And here I was thinking I was the only one that was going to suggest Seth MacFarlane for anybody. I love his shows and I enjoyed Ted, but I prefer to keep my Family Guy and Dragon Ball separated. Fox just needs to somehow screw with the movie, put in Farmer with Shotgun, and have him voiced by Mike Judge doing his Hank Hill voice. "Ah tell you hwat! That dang ol' purple cat messed up my truck!" All joking aside, I would like to see somebody like Christopher Daniel Barnes (90s FOX Spider-Man TAS) do the voice of Gohan. That might not be too bad. Ashton Kutcher for Yamucha? Might work.

Excellent choice! Loved his Afro Samurai voice acting and he'd definitely be a better Piccolo than Chris Sabat.

I still don't see Fox ever using big name actors for Battle of Gods. Fox is most likely use the Funi voice cast since it's cheaper and having someone like Samuel L. Jackson in this movie.
