I'm absolutely kidding, of course.

Re: Bandai planning to "conquer the world"?
How to UT turn into a fans game. As soon as the first gameplay video showed up every begged for all the QTE to be taken out. Everyone was told it would be like Tenkaichi no one wanted UT gameplay at least for a whole match they didn't.
I wisk spike and dimps could make a game together, Budokai was the best CQC for a DBZ game whole Tenkaichi game you the freedom of a DBZ game.

I hope that they get it together. I don't want another incomplete experience. It's time to step it up and I don't believe stepping it up means HERO mode. There's tons of canon and noncanon content that's never been put in games.

There's tons of content that's never been put in the games, yes, but the franchise has no defined canon.kbrooksgohan wrote:There's tons of canon and noncanon content that's never been put in games.

I was just saying in general. There's stuff that's never been done or added before that would benefit these games greatly.
KNOOK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! What's up man? We got along great at Atari and then started clashing. Sorry about that.
Are you excited for this years game?

Lol no way I was there too. Same name as now. I was there since BT1. Good times...good times. Re: Bandai planning to "conquer the world"?
There is a fine line developers have to walk when it comes to listening to fans. Hell look at this sub-section of the forums. There is a lot of divide of what people want. Trying to accommodate everything will just leave you with a hideous monster of a product; hence my picture from before. Now, Nostal has a lot of good ideas so I'm not too worried but this isn't always the case. I really hope given the extra time they had, Spike or whoever put together their own product while only using Nostal and the fans suggestions as guidelines. The best word of advise I ever got in regards to something like this was "listen to what fans are trying to say not what they are actually saying."
...Wait what are you doing? Are you still reading this? I finished what I had to say, why don't you move on to the next post?

Re: Bandai planning to "conquer the world"?
I agree that Nostal has a lot of good ideas, but I think people are getting their hopes up way too high if they think every single idea of his will be added into a DBZ game. I hope this game takes out of the bosses or at least fight them like you would any other character.

Yeah I agree, we need giants back as playable characters again. That was just one of the things that made the Tenkaichi series so cool.Hellspawn28 wrote:I agree that Nostal has a lot of good ideas, but I think people are getting their hopes up way too high if they think every single idea of his will be added into a DBZ game. Me too! Good times indeed. Doubt anyone remembers me though. I've forgotten how active of a member I used to be... I really want a memorable soundtrack for this game. Something that can fit the bill of the Yamamoto Budokai games...just less plagiarism-y.

Re: Bandai planning to "conquer the world"?
That would be great because the soundtrack gets annoying really quick with these last few games.Insertclevername wrote:I really want a memorable soundtrack for this game. Something that can fit the bill of the Yamamoto Budokai games...just less plagiarism-y.

Yeah, I found the guitars in Ultimate Blast to drone on for way too long.

If the soundtrack is shit, then at the very least the option to play your own tracks must be in.
BT3 off meds | The final fight
Ah, the Alpha and the Omega. As all life was created from Chaos...so shall it be DESTROYED!!!
The wails of machines | Singing cold harmony | Shifting air upward | Entranced by the breeze | Light pours like blood | Into a cosmic sea | Of stars crystallized | In a frozen symphony
Vegetto kicking you into orbit theme

Re: Bandai planning to "conquer the world"?
I agree. Very headache inducing, they should vary it up with dynamics and a better emphasis on genre. Just for the plenty of people who play this games. I'd like to hear some post-rock influenced like the Death Note soundtrack, along with some ambient tracks kinda like Bruce Faulconers stuff. More stuff like kenji yamamotos budokai bgms is also a definite.Insertclevername wrote:Yeah, I found the guitars in Ultimate Blast to drone on for way too long.
Hope so, think the Xbox can already do this with most games? Don't know about ps3.s This will be on current gen consoles, right? If it is spike developing, I can only think "yes", unless they stepped their game up.InfernalVegito wrote:If the soundtrack is shit, then at the very least the option to play your own tracks must be in.

Re: Bandai planning to "conquer the world"?
So I trolled my part in here and now seriously on the stuff
If they really put Treevax's ideas in this game, then I will be jumping sky high. Not that I'm dying for next incarnation of Sparking/RB system of games, but well, RB2 actually was the best game in this era and only one I own and play sometimes even today (on PS2, I own every game except for BT and BT2).
So if they will take RB2, add few characters BUT! Add plethora of costumes, story mode and make some visual improvement, I won't be mad and will buy the game.
What's pissing me off the most is not having the Japanese soundtrack in it!
