DBZ portion of Manga to be in full color?!

Can anyone post a screen or two of Kami's Sanctuary from this release; preferably at least one from a distance that shows the full thing and then one from the top?

I'm actually really liking this color scheme. I was kinda hoping the top angled one would be from more of a distance as well, that way I could get a decent look at the colors of the building and stuff. Kinda like here:



But that side view actually shows a bit more detail than I thought it would. It seems as if the only colors on the top of the sanctuary are related to the gardens, and the buildings are all white? Or are do they have the same beige as the bottom of the temple on some of the roofs and stuff?

EDIT: Also, just kinda curious here since the two structures are related, what color did they go with for Karin's Tower?

The buildings are all white. I couldn't find one of the top but here is one of the bottom's of Karin.(from the previews on the mangabroadcast page) It isn't any different from what we usually see.

Oi, thanks a lot guys. This is now my preferred color scheme for the lookout. I always kinda liked that the temple has some goofy color choices to it; seemed very Dragon Ball-ish, but I can't help but like this set-up for the sanctuary better.

I was looking a couple pages back and saw the Ki struggle between Goku and Vegeta. Yikes. That one really looked better as blue and red instead of yellow. Good job anime. But wow the color on the Frieza arc is pretty amazing.

Well, with the Shonen Jump version being censored (Despite Viz saying it wouldn't be), I think I might just import these sometime this year instead of waiting for Viz's release (Which will likely also be censored). Likely won't renew my subscription either.

It doesn't look that bad but I can't say it doesn't annoy me slightly. You are making it hard to love you Viz.

Thats why I stopped collecting the big viz's and just decided to import the Japanese releases :/ It's shame...

I prefer his lips done like that. Then again, I'm one of the few, if not only African Americans on this board, so kinda bias in that regards.

True. I fail to see what's so important about Mr. Popo's original lips that could bother me enough to not buy a Viz release. Who cares, really? And its the same for most or even all of the stuff Viz edited.

That's it, Mangapolo has reached the end of the "Son Goku" part 1 of the early Dragon Ball today.
They had been publishing two chapters a day lately (except weekends) as already mentionned on this topic, and today they have gone back to their "one chapter on Tuesday" formula for the "Son Goku" part, to publish the very last chapter.

Will DBGTKOSDH be right, meaning we'll see the Freezer arc on their channel next Tuesday?
The answer pretty soon.

It is possible that the "two chapters each day" thing has been been transfered to the next arc in the end.

With two more Red Ribon chapters today, now it's official.
Mangapolo will seemingly speed up each arc one after another: when the Red Ribon part - currently sped up - is over, they will speed up the Piccolo part and when the Piccolo part is over, they will speed up the Saiyans part, etc...

I'm currently thinking about creating a thread showing a handful of relevant low-res "thumbnails" panels (and I do say "panels", not "pages") for each chapter so far, so that everyone can grasp an idea of what the official manga colors are for each "character/landscape/attack/time of the day" in the chapter, which should be 5-6 tiny preview panels per chapter.
For example, for chapter 1, six thumbnail pictures would show: Goku - Bulma - Goku's house inside - the Dragon Balls - Shenron - the pterosaur.
With rare additionnal notes when needed to say "from this panel on, the sun sets and the sky turns orange".

Those pictures wouldn't be big enough for you to find any other use to them, it would just be to have a glimpse (not unlike the Daizenshuu 1 glimpses of color pages that made me dream when I was a kid), but hopefully, those previews would make you see how great the colorized manga is for good and would convince you that you'd like it to be released...
But I don't know if you guys would like to have a thread where you can pretty much have a glimpse of what all official colors are for each chapter (well, the chapters published by Mangapolo, to keep in line with the content they were willing to show and be in sync with their rhythm). It's just an idea that's been on my mind lately...
