Vegeta's was stated differently. The Gohan line is definitely not. I think he called Boo a retard.

I remember when I first watched that scene and I was like, hooooly shit, this guy's not messing around! It's probably the one scene I can point to in the entire series where I prefer the English performance (and the old English version, at that) over Ryou Horikawa. Did it need to be that over the top? Maybe not, but if you look at Vegeta's expression during that scene, he looks totally fucking scary and insane, and Brian Drummond absolutely made him sound totally fucking scary and insane.

If we're bringing Kai in, I've got to say I liked how Tenshinhan phrased his plea to Chiaotzu- "Don't do something you're gonna regret." Say it that way and you frame it in context of Chiaotzu's actually committing, rather than Tenshinhan's not wanting him to do it.
