With how limited these things are..... you may have just scored a huge streak of luck here!

SO Glad you were able to track them all down for a reasonable price. Didn't I tell you it would be doable? And of course, WORTH IT!!

Wait, what? The glue spot is under the shrink wrap. Actually, it's under the paper on the back that is under the shrink wrap. You have to remove the shrink wrap to access the glue. And all the Dragon Boxes have the glue spots. It's not a defect. Just twist the paper slowly and you can remove the paper without ripping it. Then you can gently roll the little dab of glue with your finger to remove it without ripping the paper on the box itself. It's pretty easy.

I do recommend if you try to remove then be really careful because that little asshole can slightly ruin the rear part of the box and that's something no one wants to go through.

Yeah, that happened to my Box 3. For some reason mine had tape on it instead of glue, though, so that's probably what sabotaged my chances of taking the paper off of the box without damaging it... When it happened, my heart stopped and I felt like crying. DAMN YOU WALMART AND YOUR SCOTCH TAPE!!!

Sad news, disk 22 of dragon box 4 has some scratches on it that causes minor freezing when piccolo powers up to fight 17, will continue watching to see if it's worse. :(

Mine's like that too except it freezes near the end of the 17 fight around where Cell shows up. Even worse is that instead of it being "minor" it crashes altogether. Then again I've only watched in a media program on my laptop, so eventually I'll check if it still happens on my PS3.

Was yours out of place of it's holder when you opened it for the first time out of the shrinkwrap? Mine was like that, as a matter of fact it may have also been stuck to the holder for disc 23, and I bought it brand new at a HMV store! :wtf:

Mines brand new, when I opened it disk 22 did infact fall out...so I don't know...I might just take all the disks out and store them in a safer dvd case or something to prevent further damage....I've been watching so far and it's nothing bad about 3 small minor freezes that last a few milliseconds when piccolo powers up and attacks

Dragon Box 4 is still in stock at Amazon.ca, so you can exchange it within 90 days. My recommendation is to submit an exchange request but keep the copy you have right now so you can just swap out any damaged or defective discs and then return the damaged items. You won't be charged for the replacement unless you take too long to return the damaged one. I have only done an exchange once, but don't be surprised if the replacement arrives with the shrinkwrap removed.

I agree. Jump on this opportunity while you still have the chance! :)

Alternatively you could try a game store that offers to resurface discs (clean them & be scratch-less) for an instant disc repair service. Those expensive disc clean & repair cost as much as Dragon Box 2 ($300-$400) but they're worth it as they're the only ones that actually stay true to the meaning of repairing and cleaning discs.

Amazon always contacts its customers within 12-24 or just within a few hours/mins after the message has been sent. They usually provide a great service so they should be able to help him out.

It's very simple.

All you need to do is log into your account on Amazon.ca and check your orders. There should then be a tab to request a return or exchange. It will lead you to a page asking the reason you wish to return the product and whether you would like to return it for a refund or exchange it. After that, it will provide you with a return label you will need to print out and affix to the package. You will also notice an order placed for the replacement. You will not be charged for the replacement provided you return the defective set by the date provided.

I wish you the best of luck in getting your DBOX vol 2, I ordered 2 copies Friday and I'm hoping my order can be fulfilled.
If anyone has any of the DB/DBZ/DBGT or Maho Tsuaki Sally Japanese single DVD's that they'd be interested in selling send me a PM and I'll see if we can work something out. ;).

I ordered one on 26 April but since it's 2-4 weeks there's still a long wait till then.

Amazon.ca & Amazon.com ($1.50) could be making money off customer's trade-in of Dragon Box 2 if they actually gave a decent store credit.

Eh, I'll just be patient but at some point I might forget about it and then, A) Dragon Box 2 is paid & shipped or B) Amazon cancels order.

Thanks. I've held off on getting any Dragon Boxes, specifically because of the scarcity of volume 2. I'd go crazy having one missing.
