I know I'm WAY! late for the party but when does this get released? I know it's unlikely this will get released in the US. and I just got a PS3 and found out that it plays Japanese imported games! But I've been looking on Amazon for this and can't find anything. any help guys? also will this game include the crossover special on it like some Dragonball games here get them tacked on? I have the special anyway but I was just curious.

Oh man! I looked at a few certain places that said April 8th I believe? but were past that so I decided to ask. I also just started One Piece(I'm on episode 10 ) and I like this little series and I can't wait to play this game! I hope the crossover special will be included in this.

For example, One Piece: Pirate Warriors (shovelware) in Europe had a physical retail copy although in America it's Digital Only, so whoever wanted the hardcopy had to import.

Licensing issues here like in Japan I believe (correct me if I'm wrong) Shonen Jump owns all the anime rights and here in America anime is scattered around all these companies like Sega with Bleach stuff like that. The money split would suck so much that it isn't even worth it.

It does suck, but since it's a fighting game it should be easy enough to play a Japanese version after looking up controls and combos online. That's what I plan to do anyway.

I remember reading that Sega's rights expired and that Nippon Ichi Software Inc. was able to snatch them up for Bleach: Soul Ignition.

Looks like another reason for me finally buy a PS3 besides just playing Gundam Extreme Vs. and Gundam Breaker... I missed the boat on Battle Stadium D.O.N. and Jump Superstars, so I want to play this one at least.
