Around the timecodes you gave, I assume you are talking about the bgm playing when Kuririn explains the Tenka'ichi Budokai, and the bgm that plays during Yamcha training in a martial arts dojo. The former bgm is released as M18 in the daizenshuu 3 CD set. The latter is unreleased at the time being. I hope I was much of help to you.
