September release date seems legit given that's when most movies released in March comes out on DVD and Blu-Ray in Japan. Ultraman Saga came out on March 4, 2012 and it came out on home video on September 21, 2012.

I wonder what'll be in the limited edition versions then. Their price points are almost twice the regular dvd/blu-ray; but maybe that's normal for limited edition versions; I don't really follow tv/movie releases in Japan outside of knowing that they tend to charge more for dvd/blu-ray than places in the U.S. do.

I'm always up for new plot content, but I wanna see the movie first; I feel I won't be able to decide exactly what I'd hope to happen (if it happens) next until I see the whole film.

If ssjg Vegeta does happen at some point in the future, I really liked the idea that his ssjg form would be blue. I don't remember who came up with the idea or who posted some fanart of it, but I do like ssjg doing a "different color-scheme for each person" thing; it breaks up the monotony that all that gold ssj hair can bring.

I think so too, while some other's are like "no red is the only thing that can logically work as SSJG is only red"

And then, the 5 Super Saiyan Gods (Goku, Vegeta, Gohan, Goten, Trunks) will be like the Power Rangers... No thanks.

I'd be content with only one Super Saiyan God. If there will be more, then I would like the to have different colors. Why stick to red when you can do so much more?

So, the limited edition Blu-ray is selling for ninety or so US dollars, eh? Nice. Hopefully Toei includes some cool extras!

I hope to see a commentary. If the DVD and Blu-Ray has a commentary on it then maybe Funi can just subbed the commentary on DVD and Blu-Ray when it comes out next year or the year after.

Having Funi put all of the extras from the R2 DVD and Blu-Ray would be great as well. I know most people are hoping for English subs, but I doubt we will get them on the DVD and Blu-Ray. Since it's a Dragon Ball movie, I don't think it will be that hard to know what is going on when I'm watching it.

I believe Cinema today didn't make an update after the last few showings, so that's why Mike hasn't posted about it. According to other sources, it did, but the last update from them showed it did not.

How will it be "safe"? Seems like Japanese blu rays don't play on European playstation 3's, based on this piece of information.
