Re: Bandai planning to "conquer the world"?
I doubt we will see something at E3. July is not that far off, there is other things to talk about to pass off time.

Yeah, I didn't say it like "he forgot" (otherwise there would be a LOT of missing characters or costumes to "help the story mode" as he implies like the Yardratt costume), but as the fact that the list is indeed very incomplete compared to what I'd want (rightfully so because as you said, they're just examples, a "sample" of what should be). So looking at that incomplete list and imagining what should come in between those examples, it popped in my mind that all manga costumes (whether used in a fight or not) should be in the game.DBZGTKOSDH wrote:It was never supposed to be a complete list, it just had a variety of examples.Cold Skin wrote:Seeing Treevax's incomplete costume list
But I wish he had insisted a little more on costumes taken from Toriyama's illustrations and title pages (the Ginyu Special does imply that, but I wish he would have been more insistant with it by including several of those "special" designs and make them really understand that point, not just quickly going through it with the Ginyu example as it might fall in one ear and leave on the other just as quickly - especially since they've done that before, so they might say "oh yeah, we'll just include that Ginyu/Goku thing for the "special" aspect and they'll have what they wanted with their special request").

Burst Limit? Maybe? I remember, Gamespot actually interviewing the head of Atari while they showcased the demo a long time ago. I have no idea if that was during E3 though.Super Saiyan Prime wrote:I can't remember the last time a Dragon Ball video game was announced at E3, and if they're waiting until Japan Expo the game must be a rather low budget release. Namco Bandai EU shouldn't be teasing a July announcement in April without giving an actual time frame for the announcement.
...Wait what are you doing? Are you still reading this? I finished what I had to say, why don't you move on to the next post?

If what you say is true, then my guess is the new DBZ game will be revealed in July and will be set for a November release; instead of the usual October release month. Budokai HD collection was released in November too If I recall, it will probably release in that same month since Budokai HD collection was 1st shown off at Japan Expo on July of last year.DBZGTKOSDH wrote:Sorry, but didn't we get confirmation by Treevax that the game WON'T be announced on E3, but will be announced in the Japan Expo, which will take place in July? Doesn't that mean that until then, we won't get ANY new info?Zeymah wrote:Pretty sure the game will be announced on E3.

if they are announcing at July then why the tease at April? lol .. they could've teased at May
if it's to get more people to know well it's bad..because people will forget about it (not the hardcore fans) until the tease

I will be very disappointed if the new game doesn't come out on Wii U.

Same here. I'm already buying a Wii U for Sonic Lost World, might as well get some extra intensive... Aside from the obvious Super Smash Bros down the road.Zenkai wrote:I will be very disappointed if the new game doesn't come out on Wii U.

I would careless if it is not on the Wii U. The game is likely be on the 360 and PS3 as always.

I'd say the chances of a new DB game to be released also for Wii U are high. I also would't be surprised if it contained some extras as it was usually the case with Tenkaichi series for Wii.

I bet that those extras will likely end up being DLC.

Re: Bandai planning to "conquer the world"?
The thing is that Wii U didn't quite meet its goals in regard to the amount of units sold. I wouldn't be surprised if Nintendo requested some additional content, just so it would be more competitive against the other consoles.
Re: Bandai planning to "conquer the world"?
Eh, the same thing happened with 3DS back then. Now it's getting huge gaming library that eats wallets and it rapidly increased in sales to unbelieveable amounts. When Mario Kart and games like that will release, it'll be safe.Zeymah wrote:The thing is that Wii U didn't quite meet its goals in regard to the amount of units sold. Is this new game one that that guy Trevax or whatever was supposed to be helping with?

Not for me. Whether the draconian features of the xbox one are gonna stay come e3 and the price of the ps4 and xbox one are what killing me. Providing I write off Xbox One the ps4 should be fine for dragonball games.pandamix wrote:But the suspense is killing me! lolHellspawn28 wrote:I doubt we will see something at E3. Bummer. I was very disappointed by how kiddy Sonic: Lost World seems to play like. Sonic Generations is a million times better.TheMightyOzaru wrote:Same here. I'd like to see another Dragon Ball game exclusive for the Wii U, Wii had RoKP so they could do another DB game.Zeymah wrote:I'd say the chances of a new DB game to be released also for Wii U are high. They haven't been announced.Zeymah wrote:Do you already know the prices of Xbox One and PlayStation 4?

Re: Bandai planning to "conquer the world"?
Didn't RoKP sold poorly? I think having a Wii U exclusive would be a bad idea. For now, let's have the new game be on the PS3, 360 and Wii U. In another two or three years from now then we can have DBZ games on the XO and PS4.

Re: Bandai planning to "conquer the world"?
Sonic Lost World was a bad idea and yet they're keeping it for Wii U only, so thankfully that kiddy stuff won't ruin XO/PS4. I want a proper Sonic game not SLW.Hellspawn28 wrote:Didn't RoKP sold poorly? I think having a Wii U exclusive would be a bad idea. For now, let's have the new game be on the PS3, 360 and Wii U.
