What I'm currently working on has the base Saiyans not breaking 10-15 million by the end of the Buu Arc, so SSJ Goku would stomp. Unless a Genki Dama would work, but I don't see Buu Arc Goku having a chance to pull it off.

Damn that's rough! I was thinking about using 100 million for the baseline and work backwards and even that I have a feeling would be rough for me. I can't wait to check out your list when you are done!

Thanks! Godo gave me the idea a while back, and I really like it. It basically works on the premise that the big gaps are provided by transformations, with small gains being given from training due to not being able to replicate the insane power boosts in the Freeza Arc. The only big gains in base would have taken place in the ROSAT. I'm also taking into consideration possible explanations for tanking feats, such as the Androids possibly being built more durable than beings with a similar "power level" and Cell having good defense against physical attacks due to his exoskeleton. It's kinda fun to come up with explanations like this

Well, I haven't got that far yet, but I think Goku was about as strong as he was gonna get in base by then, so I'd have him around 9.5 million-13.5 million. (I wanna use 10 million as the baseline, but if that ends up absolutely not working, I'll bump it up to 15 million.) So his SSJ would be 475 million-675 million. Cell was obviously stronger in his suppressed state, but close enough to where he lost power fighting Goku, so I'd place him from 555 million-750 million.

Like I said up higher, I'm going on the premise that training gains, aside from the ROSAT, were small, and big powerups came only from transformations. All of the enemies past Freeza also had non-power related traits that could enable their defensive feats, so I have no problem with small gaps.

Well I would like to see this list. I have yet to try making them that low. I have base Goku at 80,000,000 in the Buu saga.

Well Goku was more powerful than him in the Boo arc, so his rage boost can't be too high then if you want to keep them below 15 million.

Very true. But like I said, I haven't got that far yet. So I'll deal with that when I come to it

Yesterday I saw Movie 3 and I always liked so much because of the virtual alter ego Turles Kakarotto with the Saiyan costume.

Turles no fruit Vs Vegeta Saiyan Arc after recovering from the fight with Zarbon, battle power has risen up close to 30,000.

It was stated by Turles himself that Goku had a power level of 30,000 but Turles was able to hold his own, which meant that Turles' power level was comparable to 30,000.

Turles is an skillful fighter and Vegeta too.

Vegeta´s battle power when he came to Earth was 18,000.

Vegeta has the endurance. Piccolo's got the regeneration. It's a really tough call. However since Toriyama's favorite character's are Piccolo, Goku, Mr Satan, and Buu; Piccolo would pull the victory I think. The Vegeta fanboy in me says otherwise though .Tullece would also win, I have him at 35,000. Poor Vegeta .

Piccolo's Ki sensing could also give him the upper hand at certain points against Saiyan arc Vegeta, so I guess Piccolo could win. It's a tough one!
