By this point in the series, Yamcha is much stronger than Goku was when Raditz arrived. I mean, just a single year after that, he was able to defeat a saibaiman that was explicitly stated to be as powerful as Raditz ever was, relatively easily, only to be taken out by a cheap shot. And after being wished back, he spent three years training to fight the androids, so I see no reason to believe that he couldn't survive such a grievous wound, considering he ate a magical healing bean almost immediately.
I don't think it matters how strong you are when you have a fucking hole in your chest... strength just helps you avoid getting said hole in the first place.

Goku remained conscious with a hole in his chest. Yamcha didn't. Goku died because no one gave him a Senzu a few minutes after receiving that wound. Yamcha survived because they gave him a Senzu a few minutes after receiving that wound.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zk6sbABU_Yo You know, I totally forgot about this part/relationship, and TFS isn't that far away from it. Hilarity will ensue.

Yamcha did a great job with his song

Finally he doesn't fail at something (even though he considers it bad). TFS Yamcha should sing more songs. He turned a horrible song in the funimation dub into something enjoyable to listen to.

Has anyone else had trouble seeing the news feed on the TFS website? I've tried from 3 different computers, and it just says "powering up." It's been doing this for a while now.

LOL. Both excellent takes. I kind of prefer them much better than their original takes. That yamcha one is awesome when you start hearing puar. :o

They made the Yamcha seen even darker than before. Can't decide if I like the AT better. Though I definitely prefer the wrong button version than the one we got.

"Senzu bean!" X3 Favorite part.
That was a fun, well rounded episode.
Also liked Vegeta's "I wanna!" flashback and his "mine mine mine" intro.
On hiatus.

This one was great.
Favorite moments:
"And enough about hypothetical erections. 19! Suck him dry!"
and the "push-ups, sit-ups, and lots of juice" comment. It was hilarious in the dub, and it's hilarious here.

I do wish they'd hurry up and get to Cell though. I can't wait for Piccolo's fusion with Kami.

Damn it! The rest of my day at work is gonna suck while waiting to see the new episode.

Also this release was weird. I was just thinking about Abridged earlier today.

Senzu Bean! *throws*

This will now become a tradition to throw beans at TFS panels.

You may notice that I went out of my way to balance out the Yamamoto with the Kikuchi in this latest episode. And still no Faulconer. <3

Using "Saiyan Blood" for Vegeta's actual Super Saiyan ascension. So bloody brilliant.

"SERIOUSLY - WHAT THE **** IS NAMEK?!" was easily my favorite line of this episode.
Usually goes by "Kevtrev" elsewhere online.
Draws comics that may or may not have been blatantly inspired by Akira Toriyama's manga.

Great episode. Much better than the last one. I also loved Saiyan Blood playing which was hinted to in the tweet. I also love how Vegeta became a Super Saiyan and have personally added it to my head canon.

My only complaint is that
Other than that, I really loved this episode. Krillin's the best!
