Official "Sparking! NEO" Confirmed Characters

I'd like my forum members to compile a list of all characters actually & truthfully confirmed by print-advertisements or in-game screen shots for Sparking! NEO. Quotes from the developers don't count, and quotes from Atari don't count. If you can provide proof of your statement, that's best.

For now, let's ignore transformations, since we know we'll have something with regards to so-called "in-game transformations," but we just don't know how separate transformations will tie in with numbers of characters. Let's also assume that NOT all of the characters from the first game will appear in this game, simply because it may or may not be true.

Only actually proven items, please. ONLY. I'll delete anything else. This isn't an "I want these characters..." thread.

Verbal confirmations are not confirmations. Paikuhan was verbally confirmed for Sparking!, and that never happened.

The official site shows #19, #17, #20 and #18 on the main page if you click on the center of it, so it's safe to assume that they're in.

But can they be taken as valid images? How can you select forms if the game has in-game transformation? The adition of videos at the bottom confuses the issue... I'm sure someone will be able to tell if they're real or not

Yeah they are real.
It seemed there was a demo-version running at Anime-Con (something like that) and some dude that did charity work there got quite a bit of opportunity to take pictures and video's.
