Well, I wouldn't mind a 4-player split screen (it's possible, well, at least in racing games, in a fighting game it'd get pretty crowded).

This game looks pretty good so far but I hope there will be a one on one mode abd 2 player offline. I wonder which of Treevax ideas are they using?


I still want a true HD tenkaichi sequel or a tenkaichi 3 in HD

Trailer showed some promise.

Looks a little chaotic with all those characters out at once though. Was reading Youtube comments- have no idea why- someone brought it up and I agree it's kinda reminding me of Legends.
I still want a true HD tenkaichi sequel or a tenkaichi 3 in HD
I thought the Raging Blast games are the successors to those?

That's unfortunate, but most people are more likely to co-op online than offline.

Just get PCSX2 on a PC that meets the requirements and Tenkaichi 3 will be in HD. It's a much better version than of a "HD Collection".

There you have Tenkaichi 3 HD. Tenkaichi 3 fans should be aware of it, it's getting really annoying to see the same thing and T3HD is already out.

This being probably the last game for the 360/PS3 should try to use the maximum out of both consoles and instead just look at these graphics of Battle of Z.

I'm not a graphics whore or anything, but after all these DBZ games on the home consoles looking really good this one's turning out graphically to be bad.

If it were a Wii game I'd understand, but it's for the 360/PS3.

Since ARTDNIK (might've spelt it wrong) is the developer of this game, Spike is no longer in control to develop DBZ games for the home consoles (thank god) so it leaves Dimps. Dimps is the developer of the arcade machine game Dragon Ball Heroes, Dragon Ball Heroes Ultimate Mission and who knows what.

Maybe Dimps is the developer for DBZ 2014 (PS4?).

Although for the 7th gen I'm a 360 guy, next-gen I'm going with PS4. :)

Considering we are going to have 8 players on screen at the same time in apparently pretty huge maps there could maybe be hardware limits (though I doubt it)?

They wrote "full-featured solo play", which doesn't have the same meaning as "full solo play". But it makes sense for it to be single player offline, since having any kind of splitscreen wouldn't be good for such an open field.

Either way, I don't mind a new look as long as it's stylized.

By the way, the BURST LIMIT Freeza looks best.

Something tells me they toned down the graphics to give more time to the things that matter like Story mode, the character roster, and gameplay.

Burst Limit had the best character models (beauty and quality wise), though they were the less accurate.
The new game seems to have more accurate character models (if we exclude the blocky feet that is) though they have a bit less quality.
Ultimate/Raging Blast are in-between.

Oh and if this game does only go to the Freeza saga, I will rage quit the video games of this franchise because I'm tired of Namco's bull shit.

The boxart even though it might just be provisional/fake it looks really cool and I'd take it as the final. Super Saiyan God Goku on the front cover, just wow! :)

Gameplay > Graphics > Character List > Story Mode

Well, I guess there's nothing to do about the graphics now since they're already in use, so scratch graphics out.

They didn't show Recoome and Ginyu. That doesn't mean that it goes from the Vegeta fight to half the Ginyu Force to Freeza and straight to Battle of Gods with Super Saiyan God Goku. It's a close to 2 minute trailer for a game that they have to tease for months to come.

When have they EVER shown everything in an announcement?
