Okay everyone, its adapted for manga already. But I wonder if there is possibly to adapted for anime?
Will we got SSJ 3 Future Gohan, and all of other dragon ball heroes charecter in the anime? Lets discuss it here.

I hope it won't. Dragon Ball Heroes is annoyingly bad.

I'm not sure it will. Toei doesn't have any available television slots on Fuji TV and I sort of doubt it would air outside of the morning now.
Re: I wonder when Dragon Ball Heroes will be adapted for ani
Maybe someday it'd be cool to at least have a movie/special...but as said above, I doubt there will ever be an actual series.

I honestly think Toei's totally missing the boat, and screwed the pooch with Kai.
It was clear that Kai wasn't the right product at the right time for Japanese viewers, and that diminished ANY interest in having Dragon Ball on TV at the moment. Where that not the case, these other options could have been amazing and likely would have taken off:
Heroes:
A fleshed-out version of what is currently happening with Victory Mission, perhaps toned down a little bit with all the excessive transformations to not let things get TOO out of control in a proper story.
Dragon Ball Online:
This would have required a proper Japanese release of the game with larger support from all companies involved, but an animated version of the story created that leads up to Age 1000 would have been spectacular. It would have essentially been a sequel to DBZ, but that would have also "erased" Dragon Ball GT, something that I don't think they're willing to do (see: my constant comments about how no-one is willing to go on record and say "that doesn't count" about any particular project).

A Dragon Ball Online series would have really set the franchise (industry?) ablaze. I suppose it's too much of a hassle for Toei to license the story rights from Shueisha and the Korean partner. I still have to shake my head over how much Kai damaged the franchise. Hopefully Battle of Gods has forgiven some of those headaches and set the franchise back on the path to getting a new series.

I think a DBH tv series can work since it can give Bandai reasons to make more new cards. The story can take place in the world that we live in were Dragon Ball is fictional similar how the first two Digimon seasons were in Tamers. Also a DBH series can help bring Heroes international and I think DBH could be popular in the US with the right amount of marketing.

You want to watch a TV anime about children playing a f***ing card game?
Super Saiyan 3 Trunks? And GT characters?
Are you blitzed out of your mind? That's a horrible idea!

But it's a horrible, unwatchable show for anyone with a pulse.
DBZ is an action show. Not a show about kids standing around activating trap cards. I'm pretty sure I'd watch DBE before I'd watch a show where Generic Saiyan Child stands around summoning Exodia to fight Super Saiyan 9 Bardock.

That's what Toei gets for being so cheap. They are pretty much a senseless company who doesn't know what the heck they are doing. At all. Had they done a better job of handling Kai by doing a new animation or stuck with a better (and reputable) composer, then the franchise would have had an amazing run.JulieYBM wrote:A Dragon Ball Online series would have really set the franchise (industry?) ablaze. I agree with penguin. The whole Galaxy animations are also so inconsistent.
Why Dragon Ball Consistency in something such as power levels matter!

The cards would be a minimal part of the show, if it were made, unlike Yu-Gi-Oh. The whole premise of everything related to Heroes is that the player gets sucked into the game, so even though the events wouldn't take place in the real world, the focus would be on actual battles between whatever characters are on the cards the players brought. They'd throw their cards down on the arcade machine, start things up, and then everything afterward would be introducing a fist to someone else's face.penguintruth wrote:DBZ is an action show. And for those who hate power levels, since the cards are usually relatively equal in stats, no use arguing who is stronger. Most of it should be about strategy (just like the game is about where you place your cards and when).

No. If you want to play a card game, play a card game yourself. I'm not watching a show where people play a card game.
What's next, watching a show about people playing Monopoly? Maybe the little thimble can be played by Toshio Furukawa.
This is silly. Watching a show about a thing you can actually do yourself. Hey, how about a show about a nitpicky 30 year old otaku who spends his time in front a computer screen arguing about the inflections of voices in a 30 year old Japanese cartoon? The whole show is just me sitting in front of my laptop. Aya Hirano plays the laptop. Romi Paku plays a can of Dr. Pepper.
Why watch people with cards when you can watch actual characters punching holes in each other and firing lasers that blow up the moon?
Not to mention all the overpowered bullcrap in Heroes. If I have to see SSJ Bardock again, I'm going to vomit violently.

Because as I just said, you'd only see them before and after the fight. All the battles would take place the exact same way the series proper handles them, only without having to worry so much about power scaling, because the kid isn't even at the machine to handle the cards, he's inside the system. Characters would still punch, kick, throw ki blasts, dodge, fly, run, blow shit up, etc. Everything that is exciting to kids and most of the fandom would still be present.penguintruth wrote:Why watch people with cards when you can watch actual characters punching holes in each other and firing lasers that blow up the moon?
And I don't know about you, but I can't get physically sucked into a arcade machine, so moot point.

Unless Toei actually got a competent animation studio involved, I honestly hope another Dragon Ball television series never sees the light of day. Casual anime fans would eat it up because they'll watch practically anything, but I'd hate to see a Dragon Ball series as ugly and cheap as One Piece and Toriko are on a regular basis.
This is the episode of when Gokuh enrages himself after Freezer talk shit about Kuririn
