How strong is Grey Buu?

I have Grey Buu at the same level as Kid Boo(Pure Buu on this website) but similar to Cell Junioras the durbailty of Grey Buu is lower. Hence why his body is skinny.

Weaker than Fat Buu and stronger than Mr. Buu. The Fat Buu's power was splited in two beings, an evil and a good Boo.

People often forget that Fat Buu seemingly did one last power up before he split- his aura flared and steam came out of his head, which is what always happens when he gets mad and powers up, like he did a few other times in that arc.

Fat Buu (angered to the point of splitting) >>> Fat Buu (angered by Vegeta blasting a hole in him) > Fat Buu (angry at Dabura insulting him) >> Fat Buu (no anger)

Based on his fight with Kid Buu, it's pretty obvious that Good Buu is SS3-tier.

Pure Evil Buu is half as strong as Pure Buu IMO.

I'm with Random. I think that Fat Buu just prior to the split was even with Super Buu, and that Pure Evil Buu is stronger than Pure Buu.

Yeap, I also believe that Fat Boo is SS3-tier for the reasons previously mentioned. So Grey Boo is pretty damn strong, stronger than Pure Boo or SS3 Goku.

No, I'm talking about SSJ3 Gotenks. I don't remember if they sensed him before that or not, but I don't believe so. They also didn't immediately sense Pure Buu from the Kaioshin Realm.

They were watching him, though. I don't think there's a reason why Kaioshin or old Kaioshin would comment on his Chi. They sensed Super Boo on the Kaioshin world because he was powerful enough to be sensed. Gohan was sensed all the way from earth by Boo. As for Kid Boo, I recall Piccolo sensing his power from earth.

It's hard to believe two Super Saiyan 3 level beings wouldn't be sensed by Goku or Kaioshin at all. From what I can remember, Goku wasn't even aware of two Boo's existing; Vegeta had to tell him how Super Boo came to be. If Fat Boo was really nearing Super Boo's power, I don't see much of a reason for Goku's reaction upon sensing Super Boo's new Chi, since he would've already knew something was up. With the way Piccolo comments on Fat Boo before he releases the evil energy, I don't think it was a typical pissed off power-up from Boo.

Maybe because there is a limit to the power be sensed in great distances by accident. Pure Buu (Kid Buu) is weaker than Goku SSJ3 (dead). There is a difference between the living and the dead Goku SSJ3 in terms of how using ki.

The thing is though, that they weren't even trying to sense Goku; his ki just appeared to Gohan and Kaioshin without them trying to search for him. Why wouldn't Gotenks have done the same? Or Pure Buu?

That just makes it inconsistent. Piccolo was able to sense Pure Buu, yet had no idea about Gohan? SSJ3 Goku blew everyone away without them even trying to sense him, yet Gotenks popping out of the ROSAT in SSJ3 didn't send anyone reeling? It's too inconsistent to have any bearing on a character's strength.
