How strong is Grey Buu?

Discussion, generally of an in-universe nature, regarding any aspect of the franchise (including movies, spin-offs, etc.) such as: techniques, character relationships, internal back-history, its universe, and more.

You mean Mr. Boo? Mr. Boo = Good Boo is way weaker than SSJ3 Kakarotto. If you refer to Fat Boo ( contained ), that is at least x2 weaker than SSJ3 Goku.
Actually, no. Goku said that he could have beaten Fat Buu (note: the only other time he said he could beat someone in this arc, he was wrong), but that was before Fat Buu did that one last power up. Fat Buu powers up with anger; when Mr.Satan was shot, he got angrier than he had ever gotten, and did a power up bigger than any of his previous ones. So logically Fat Buu (angered to the point of splitting) > SS3 Goku.
Mr. Boo or Good Boo was almost killed by Pure Boo who is a bit weaker or equal than SSJ3 Goku who later said he could have destroyed Fat Boo who is stronger than Mr. Boo.
The point is, Good Buu still held his own against Kid Buu. He bounced back from his hits and managed to land a few blows and damage him. There is no way he could do this if he was only 1/4 the strength of Kid Buu. He's at least decently close, like 80% of Kid Buu. Therefore rendering Goku > Fat buu (last power-up) impossible. Also notable is that Grey Buu managed to completely dominate Good Buu while Kid Buu had trouble with him. Grey Buu > Kid Buu going by feats.

 As I remember, Fat Boo have two power ups. First when he kills Babidi and second ( and bigger power up ) when Mr. Satan was shot. Goku said he could have destroyed Fat Boo before fight Pure Boo, so we could say that he felt the Ki of these 2 power ups earlier.

If through anger, Fat Boo got a big power up, we could say that he probably would be close at Super Boo level. Which is not.
The point is, Good Buu still held his own against Kid Buu. He bounced back from his hits and managed to land a few blows and damage him. The fights between Grey Boo Vs Mr. Boo and Pure Boo Vs Mr. Boo are complete different.

Grey Boo always fight seriously. Pure Boo always playing around.

Weirdly, Kid Buu considers letting himself get headbutted, decapitated, and body slammed to be fun, even though he's clearly in pain, and only decided to do this kind of toying with Buu rather than Vegeta. Oh, and there's also no evidence of this toying aside from one ambiguous panel. Odd.

Oh, and linking the anime version of that fight is probably the worst thing you can do if you're trying to prove Mr.Buu is weak, since his fight is longer and more even in the anime, and Anime Kid Buu > Buuhan. Anime Good Buu would ROFLSTOMP the entire manga with ease, except MAYBE Super Vegetto.

Kid Boo wasn't damaged at all. A few pages later he was absolutely decimating Mr. Boo. He beat him to the point where his Chi was going down. Mr. Boo's so powerful, yet admits he can't stop him after he lands a few of his attacks. So much for that.

Doing better than Vegeta just means he's stronger than Vegeta, nothing more. And lets not pretend his regeneration/stamina doesn't already make him levels better than Vegeta.

Yeah, he was. He lost an arm, got sent flying by the headbutt, and seemed to be bruised from it. He also got choke slammed into the ground, but I don't know how much damage that did. Kid Buu also had a serious/mad face for most of the fight and looked scared while narrowly avoiding Good Buu's blast. Good Buu can't stop him but he can still hold his own and land some hits, which he can't do if he's not at least in the same realm of power as Kid Buu. Say 75-80% of him.

No, it doesn't just mean he's stronger than Vegeta. It means he's waaaaaay stronger than Vegeta. This fight wouldn't make sense if, say, Kid Buu was a 40, Vegeta was a 10, and Good Buu was only a 15. Because at that level of power, there may as well be no difference between a 15 and 10. Saying Mr.Buu is less than half of Kid Buu here is just absurd.

Yea that's how I take it. Good Buu actually made Kid Buu put his serious face on a several occasions. This is the reason I feel that Good Buu = Fat Buu.

I think of it like this lately

Kid Buu > Fat Buu = Good Buu ( Post Super ) > Evil Buu > Good Buu ( Initial Split )

Don´t get me wrong by linking the anime. The main difference between manga and anime in that fight if i´m not mistaken ( do not remember well ), is the longer fight in the anime version.

I don´t want disrespect your opinion but, Pure Boo is 100 % evil and he likes to play with his adversaries. When he fights Mr. Boo ,I saw Pure Boo always playing and no pain or hurt scratches.

That's the main difference, but another difference is that Mr.Buu lands more hits and seems closer.

He was clearly in pain from the headbutt and at least bothered from the blast. And I can just say that he was toying with Goku, and was actually way stronger than him the whole time. If you're just going to assume he was toying with no real evidence, what's the point?

He looked scared because the attack (hence the !) surprised him. And once he saw it was Mr. Boo, he got agitated and immediately attacked him. He was quite annoyed by Boo before they even started fighting, so I'm not sure why it matters. He wasn't shown to be particularly annoyed with Goku, who's stronger than Mr. Boo, so.

I never said Mr. Boo is less than half of Kid Boo, but I did say Kid Boo was comfortably ahead of Mr. Boo. After landing his headbutt, blasting his arm off, and slamming him (Kid Boo smiled after both of those attacks, btw), Kid Boo played pinball with his ass. It was an impressive "fight" until Kid Boo made it clear Mr. Boo couldn't take any more hits from him. And it became painfully obvious that Kid Boo was toying with him when he took his arm off and used it to smack him around.

I just saw the hole fight Pure Boo vs Mr. Boo in the manga. I wish I could post pictures here but they are very bad pictures.

After seeing the manga, I still think that Pure Boo not receive any damage and he just playing with Mister Boo. After starting the fight, Mr Boo says he could not beat Pure Boo.

Where I can find good images from the Manga?

He was clearly pissed off for most of the fight, and was shocked and hurt when he got headbutted, slammed, and had his arm blown off (how does that not count as damage...?). Heck, the blast that took off his left half wasn't even amplified, it was a generic uncharged one-handed blast. Also, he was surprised when Mr.Buu broke his hold and later tackled him. He only smiled after one of those blows, and that's not because he wasn't hurt, but because he was happy that he regenerated his arm back.

And why wasn't he playing with Vegeta the same way? He didn't let Vegeta hit him or overpower him, he just stomped him.

Honestly, I don't know how you can look at that fight and deduce that Good Buu is less than half of Kid Buu. It was nowhere near as one-sided as a gap like that would imply. It would be completely one-sided like Goku vs Nappa, Nappa vs Tien, Goku vs Recoome, Goku vs Burter, Goku vs 50% Freeza, or Goku vs 19 (pre-Kamehameha). Or hell, even fights with much smaller differences, like Tien vs Saibaman, Krillin vs Saibamen, Cui vs Vegeta, and Monster Zarbon vs Vegeta. I think people just refuse to take Buu's feats seriously (even though they're the only way we have of gauging his power) because of that line that he's less than half of Fat Buu, ignoring that Fat Buu seemed to do another power up before splitting, like he did every time when he got angry.

Monster Zarbon vs Vegeta
Fight 1 or Fight 2? Even through both was one sided. Fight 1 was just more onesided

Fight 1. Zarbon was at most like 30-33,000 there while Vegeta was 24,000 and yet Vegeta couldn't do crap. Fight 2 was mostly one-sided because of Vegeta's tactical nature and the fact that Zarbon came at him off guard (I think that they were equals in power, or Zarbon was slightly stronger).

Mr. Boo headbutted, slammed and blow the Pure Boo´s arm but despite that, he not receive any damage.

Pure Boo play with Vegeta even more. Vegeta threw his power to Pure Boo and blast half of the body of him and not suffer any damage.

He's probably referring to the Bardock special. Zarbon was the one who first recommended destroying Planet Vegeta because the saiyans were rapidly growing in strength.
It was actually Beerus disguised as Zarbon #StayWoke

Like with Freeza, where he starts off over 10 times stronger than all his henchmen except Ginyu (because...well, just because), then we find out he can transform and get even more powerful, and then he reveals he can transform two more times, before finally coming out with the fact that he hasn't even been using anywhere near 50% of his power. Oh, and he can survive in the vacuum of space. All this stuff is just presented as the way Freeza is, without even an attempt at rationalizing it, yet the tone dictates we're supposed to take all this silly grasping at straws as thrilling danger. So I guess I don't really take the power inflation in the Boo arc seriously, but I don't take the power inflation in earlier arcs seriously either, so there's no net loss of seriousness. I think a silly story presented as serious is harder to accept than a silly story presented as silly.

Vegeta was clearly outmatched (like Mr. Boo) against Monster Zarbon, but like Mr. Boo, he was able to visibly stun and piss him off a bit. Not as much as Mr. Boo, as he only got one hit, but it was something. Also, blowing Kid Boo's (or any Majin Boo) body apart isn't much of a feat at all.
