It's unreleased piece from Dragon Ball GT. Probably, it was sourced from 5.1 audio track of Dragon Ball GT Season sets or other release.

For other tracks from Akihito Tokunaga, you need to get: Dragon Ball: Saikyō e no Michi Original Soundtrack
