Anyway, yeah it's 電撃地獄玉 / Dengeki Jigoku Dama which can give you: electric/shock(ing)/blitz/lightning - hell/inferno/abyss - ball/sphere/coin.
He could be. 18 was an ant compared to Semi-Perfect Cell, but he got a massive gain from absorbing her. Whats disappointing me the most about these what if mergers is that they don't have any new moves to show off, why not combine the Revenge Death Ball with Janemba's "Lighting Shower Rain" or whatever its called or Combine the Shocking Death Ball with a Kamehameha or something sheesh.
Trunks and Gogeta got new moves with their SSJ3 forms and I'm sure Mirai Gohan has a few new tricks up his sleeve also.
Super #17 doesn't need to absorbed through the palms, he can absorb with all his body.
