I grabbed some cans of Dragon Ball Cola! They've got cool character art on them! Also, for some reason, they're branded kind of weird. In any case, you can take a look at this video I made about them!

CDJapan and Amazon Japan are always good bets.

Re: What's your most recent Dragonball purchase?
Man I have had zero luck in finding a Dragon Ball Dragon Box for a decent price
, perhaps I'm terrible at ebay IDK guys IJDK!
Re: What's your most recent Dragonball purchase?
Are you talking about the Toei ones or the Funi ones? The Toei ones are usually pricy but I've found the DBZ Movie set for around $180 a few times. The Funi ones are cheap enough on Amazon.ca, aside from Box 2.Gojira wrote:Man I have had zero luck in finding a Dragon Ball Dragon Box for a decent price, perhaps I'm terrible at ebay IDK guys IJDK!
Re: What's your most recent Dragonball purchase?
Oh the Toei one mainly the Dragon Ball one.
Also not related to the dragonboxes but do you guys know of good places to try to find back issues of v-jump?

Look what arrived today!

It was listed as used, but it's in mint condition. Also said it comes with the fold out poster:

Not really a poster, since there are no tear marks. No way I'm gonna cut it out and ruin the book.
I love this! Now I only need 6 more! ( Minus the Carddass Perfect Files Part 1 and 2. Don't really need um', and I already got the (english) Illustration Guide.)

Re: What's your most recent Dragonball purchase?

Already own the PS2 version but since I don't have it at the moment, thought I'd purchase the Wii edition and play it on my Wii U (upscaled to 1080p). It'll be interesting to test it out and with the Wii U Pro Controller than NGC (would need an adaptor). ^_^
In case I dislike the game, I can always sell it and gain more for what I bought it. Though, I liked Tenkaichi 3 a lot (unlike T1/T2) so I'll probably keep it.
The music sucks but for that I'll just turn it off and later on this year I hope Wii U gets Custom Soundtrack feature as 360/PS3 have.
FUNimation 2015 Releases I want:
- Kai 2.0 on Blu-ray
- Kai 2.0 on Blu-ray

The problem with custom soundtracks is that they probably won't work with the Wii games... only with (new) Wii U games (that's what happens in the PS3, I'm supposing it'll be the same for the Wii U).dbboxkaifan wrote: The music sucks but for that I'll just turn it off and later on this year I hope Wii U gets Custom Soundtrack feature as 360/PS3 have.

If Sony on PS3 made the feature completely unlocked it could work for every game and all, all it takes is Nintendo to make it available.omegalucas wrote:The problem with custom soundtracks is that they probably won't work with the Wii games... only with (new) Wii U games (that's what happens in the PS3, I'm supposing it'll be the same for the Wii U).

Re: What's your most recent Dragonball purchase?
Some of my classmates kept talking about this supposedly mind-blowingly awesome manga/anime/stuff-store not too far from the university I attend at the moment. I went there yesterday...

...and picked up this. Along with a bunch of other stuff which is not Dragon Ball related, because seriously, the amount of stuff available in that store was utterly insane. Now admittedly, I'm sure much of it was second-hand, but... they had practically everything.

Re: What's your most recent Dragonball purchase?
Blue Bricks, Dragon Box (thanks Craddle!), and the DB movie set so I finally own the whole series and don't have to borrow other people's copies if I want to watch now.
...well, sort of. I figure this is the best thread to ask without making my own: is there any important difference in the DBZ movie/TV special DVD box sets vs. the Blu-Rays? I'm leaning towards the DVDs just to be consistent with the rest of my home video which is all DVD, but I'd like to get educated opinions here.

I just ordered this sweet Dragon Ball tee:
If you want one, buy it quick! If the creator can get 62 more pre ordered in the next week and three days, then he'll make a production run of it!

How about a URL for the DVD? I'm sure our friends at TeamFourStar would be very interested in seeing it… especially if it's available for purchase.TheGmGoken wrote:When I get a cam I'll post a picture but for now I'll just post a logo. My friend made a TFS DVD
