This is gonna sound stupid, but how do I post a image for my avatar in the user control panel? I mean I go to the avatar tab and theres nothing showing along the lines of submitting a image. Just a box with a X in it.

Also, can someone make a avatar out of this? The Super Saiyan 1 hair (second down), its of my OC.
