Saiyan transformations are under ability. Perhaps Dende restoring everyone's power, which is also an ability, may be considered somewhat magical, but we're talking about Saiyan transformations. They transform the body and grant more power, never generate clothes. Until SS4, that is. That's why it's so weird.
TBH, I don't really care much about SS4, my point was to explain that body transformation and clothes generation are completely different things, and that Fusion clothes generation is completely fine in-universally.
For SS4, I highly doubt the makers were going by in-universe logic when deciding to make it produce clothes. I'm not gonna say it cannot be explained logically, though.

I.....can't quite tell if you're disagreeing with me or not, but I agree with what you're saying. Super Saiyan transformations in the past never granted clothes. They also never granted red fur or eye liner, but we're not discrediting those new attributes just because they're unique to SSj4.

But I'm not saying the granting of clothes is magical. I'm just saying that even if it was, then SSj4 granting that ability isn't as far-fetched as people like to make it seem. People only seem to really protest it because it's part of GT.

Ok, if thats how you want it then heres my explanation. Before the dust settled Goku realized he was naked and IT'ed home to get some pants then IT'ed back to the rock to stand in a cool pose for when the dust settled.
