Dragon Ball fan art commissions?

This is more of a general inquiry thread, but does anyone know of any artists that take commissions for Dragon Ball fan art? I'm looking for artists that can match the style of the Dragon Ball manga, mostly the later story arcs.

In the process of possibly commissioning this guy to do some work for me. He's done mostly Yoji Shinkawa-esque work, at least that's what he's posted but he's had experience with Chrono Trigger before. Currently waiting on an example of what he can do with Toriyama's art style before I commit to anything.
