Has anyone here actually watched the Phillipines dub of DB?

I know it exists, and dubbed all 153 episodes of Dragon Ball but I wonder how accurate the script was,
I want to particularly watch the Piccolo Daimao Arc to hear Piccolo's voice.

On a side note, I noticed in the Age of Wonder dub of Mezase Tenkaichi it mentions the Kamehameha as the Kamehame Wave (obviously a very direct translation)

Wait there's a Phillipines dub of DB? Like the ones for the movies? So let me get this straight, there's the Harmony Gold dub, the 1995 Funimation dub, the 2001 Funimation dub, the Blue Water dub, the AB Group (Big Green) dub ANNNNND a dub for the Phillipines? And that's just for DB.

Yup. The history of English dubs of "Dragon Ball"-related stuff is vast and convoluted, perhaps more so than any other language.
A "rather haggard" translation of a line from Future Gohan in DBZ, provided to FUNimation by Toei:
"To think of fighting that is this fun...so, it was pleasant fight, as many as, therefore is a feeling which is good the fight where."

It makes me wish there was Hong Kong English dub of Dragon Ball. I love HK dubs :) .

I hope there is a malaysian dub of Battle of Gods.
Why Dragon Ball Consistency in something such as power levels matter!

I found a little info on the dub at Wikipedia Talk.
The Philippines did feature Dragon Ball in two networks.
RPN aired Dragon Ball and the first 35 episodes of Dragon Ball Z
in a locally-produced English dub, courtesy of Creative Products Corporation.
The time slot was at 4:30PM on weekends, and this went on from 1995 to 1997.
GMA aired Dragon Ball Z in a Tagalog dub on weekday nights starting in 2000,
ending its run at 2002. Initially broadcasted at 7:00PM, but moved later to 5:30PM starting with the Buu saga.
There was at one point, circa 2001, that GMA aired the original Dragon Ball. This time in Tagalog, too.
GMA would also air GT in 2002 after Z's run. —User:Twelveoaks (t | c) 12:29, 20 March 2013 (UTC)

I've only seen a camrip in very poor quality on YouTube, but it was removed before I save. The narrator was female IIRC.

Yes a Philippines dub does exist but is extremely rare...

I don't know if a full dub was produced though.

I bet you can't hear what the characters are saying like you do with most Phillipines dubs. The Phillipines dub of Goranger (dubbed as Star Rangers) made it hard to hear what the characters are saying seeing that the English dubbing was so bad.
