Fanmanga - DB Multiverse
Re: Fanmanga - DB Multiverse
Yeah, I figure he hasn't figured it out yet.
And that makes sense, once he works out how it works he can fight Gast in a rematch without needing to worry about that technique again..

Maybe it's not telekinesis but magic.
Re: Fanmanga - DB Multiverse
I suspect that while Gast doesn't have much in the way of sheer power, he can more than make up for it in terms of techniques that enable him to be in the same weight class as Buu.

No, what I was saying was that Bulma and Chi-Chi would both get Potara Earrings.Dr. Machismo wrote:But Chi-Chi wouldn't have wanted Vegerot in the first place.Hades wrote: Here's vegetto's solution: Give them both an earring and tell them to put them on.
Then it gets really hairy if both Fusions decided to fuse

Why should they fuse if Chi-Chi doesn't want Vegerot?Hades wrote: No, what I was saying was that Bulma and Chi-Chi would both get Potara Earrings.

Think of it as a "compromise"Dr. Machismo wrote:Why should they fuse if Chi-Chi doesn't want Vegerot?Hades wrote: No, what I was saying was that Bulma and Chi-Chi would both get Potara Earrings.

Vegetto: "Hey Bulma, chi-chi, I have an idea!"
Chi-Chi: What's that?
Vegetto: you put this earring on your right ear, and Bulma puts that earring on her left?
*both begin fixing the earrings on*
Bulma: what does thi-, wait, why is there a glowing light?
*Bulma and Chi-Chi are fused into a new being*

Re: Fanmanga - DB Multiverse
Why does Saligir keep going around in a circle for these specials? There are other more interesting universes that need an explanation.
I'd love(sarcastically mean hate) to see how Universe 11 played out. Considering Mirai Gohan stopped Buu on his own(...
), how did the Z Fighters flub up in the universe where Babidi won?

Like with Freeza, where he starts off over 10 times stronger than all his henchmen except Ginyu (because...well, just because), then we find out he can transform and get even more powerful, and then he reveals he can transform two more times, before finally coming out with the fact that he hasn't even been using anywhere near 50% of his power. Oh, and he can survive in the vacuum of space. All this stuff is just presented as the way Freeza is, without even an attempt at rationalizing it, yet the tone dictates we're supposed to take all this silly grasping at straws as thrilling danger. So I guess I don't really take the power inflation in the Boo arc seriously, but I don't take the power inflation in earlier arcs seriously either, so there's no net loss of seriousness. I think a silly story presented as serious is harder to accept than a silly story presented as silly.

James Teal (Animerica 1996) wrote:When you think about it, there are a number of similarities between the Chinese-inspired Son Goku and that most American of superhero icons, Superman. Both are aliens sent to Earth shortly after birth to escape the destruction of their homeworlds; both possess super-strength, flight, super-speed, heightened senses and the ability to cast energy blasts. But the crucial difference between them lies not only in how they view the world, but in how the world views them.
Superman is, and always has been, a symbol for truth, justice, and upstanding moral fortitude–a role model and leader as much as a fighter. The more down-to-earth Goku has no illusions about being responsible for maintaining social order, or for setting some kind of moral example for the entire world. Goku is simply a martial artist who’s devoted his life toward perfecting his fighting skills and other abilities. Though never shy about risking his life to save either one person or the entire world, he just doesn’t believe that the balance of the world rests in any way on his shoulders, and he has no need to shape any part of it in his image. Goku is an idealist, and believes that there is some good in everyone, but he is unconcerned with the big picture of the world…unless it has to do with some kind of fight. Politics, society, law and order don’t have much bearing on his life, but he’s a man who knows right from wrong.

Why? Just why? Did we need a special for this universe? I'm pretty sure we all can easily infer or predict what will happen. I think some of the less focus universes need some type of special.

Re: Fanmanga - DB Multiverse
Doesn't he already have a whole fanfic on U16? Why do we need this?

Next thing we know. He's going to make Saiyan Arc - Boo Arc for Universe 18 -__-. I don't see how the birth of Vegetto help the plot at ALL.

Maybe Salagir still needs more time coming up with something else. I'm also looking forward to seeing Charlotte's artwork. Maybe she should draw the comic from now on.

You should work better on your sarcasm. I'm sure you don't believe that Salagir would make special chapters about U18.TheGmGoken wrote:Next thing we know. He's going to make Saiyan Arc - Boo Arc for Universe 18 -__-. I don't see how the birth of Vegetto help the plot at ALL.

Maybe he needs more time on working on their stories.
I believe Salagir said we're gonna get a Special about Cooler's attack on Earth. That'd probably be cool to read. You should work better on your sarcasm. I'm sure you don't believe that Salagir would make special chapters about U18.
