There are lots of stores out there i'm sure you can find one in your area that has a FUNi DVD of Dragon Ball Z. As for websites Google is your best bet to finding a online store.

From what I can see by the creator of this thread's location, he's in the States, so it shouldn't at all be that hard to find a place to buy the Funi DVDs. Just "Google" it.
