I wonder how they will film Planet Namek? I guess it will likely have a lot of green screen effects.

This guy should cover K&K Productions. Would love to see him rip their original kickstarter apart.

This looks very interesting. I'll keep my eye on this project. When will the movie be out?

I'm ready for more laughable elementary school home movie tier acting and horrible special effects along with stupid looking fights.

I laughed at them trying to get in touch with Fox. I don't think they really want to make more Dragon Ball live action content...

Anyways, it appears they'll be self-funding the Freeza Saga.
"I like the money it brings in, but Dragon Ball Heroes is the worst. That's actually the real reason I decided to start working on new material. I was afraid Bandai would make something irredeemably stupid like Super Saiyan 4 Broly." - Akira Toriyama, made up interview, 2013.

It's probably 'cause they have tons of money left over from the last video. It obviously shows they didn't use all that money from the lack of quality.

They're probaby getting some earnings from their youtube videos. 5 million views should get you some money. I just wonder if they'll be able to get back Krillin. I feel like he won't return for some reason.

Assuming they're going to dub over Freeza, I hope they use a Chris Ayres-like voice and script for him and not a Linda Young-like one.

Yeah all hope will fly out the window upon hearing a Linda Young voice.

The funniest/worst part is that nearly all of those have met their goals. It's weird...because a lot of those seem pretty pointless, but if people are still willing to give them money, eh well.

After watching the trailer again, I change my opinion. The acting and the editing does suck and the whole project looks like a total mess. The special effects are decent for a small budget film, but that's about it. I can't imagine their next project looking any better.

This is an old topic but I really want to get this off my chest. I hated this trailer for many reasons but the one that sticks out to me the most was the tone. The creators of this trailer intention was to make a dark and gritty adaption of DBZ. Fuck that. DBZ had some dark moments but what made it have its charm was Toriyama's touch. This trailer did not have anything that was remotely similar to the manga and Toriyama's style. This old news but I really wanted to share my opinion.

I don't think this was any darker or grittier than the manga Saiyan arc. It's a pretty serious arc, without much comedic moments to begin with.
