Does rengeration lower your durbailty?

Let's say you remove rengeration from Cell and Boo. Would they become more durbable? Excuse my English please. Just saying as it seem like Cell might be more durable than most with rengeration but I mostly mean Boo. It seems like everything goes through Boo. It might not hurt him noticeable but it does seem like he does minior damage. So once again excuse my English. But the queston is does Renergetion lower durability.

That is more because Buu is made up of a soft gum-like material. The regeneration just helps, but without it he would be screwed.

That, and also, fighters with regenerative capabilities don't have to worry about defending themselves as much. Notice how Buu gets pierced by bullets, but goes on to take punches from Gotenks without flinching. They are capable of normal durability, but they don't have to bother with it.
