Nappa alternate battle...

What if Goku never died in the battle with raditz, but Raditz still did? This time, Piccolo died moments after Raditz died. Goku never met King Kai and they still knew a Saiyan was coming to earth. Nappa was the only Saiyan that came to earth. Assume Nappa would dodge Destructo Disc if he saw it.

Everyone dies.
Or it results in them killing Nappa the same way they killed Raditz in the manga, and Goku dies. Which results in everyone dying when either Vegeta or the Androids eventually show up.

Goku would get a zenkai after the Raditz fight. He'd agree to train with Piccolo so they have a chance against this new mega-saiyan. They both train together and due to sparring sessions end up with power levels that dwarf Nappa. They proceed to kill him.

Even if they don't do that, assuming Goku keeps a similar rate of progression to Piccolo in that time, you'd have two guys at 3,500 against one guy at 4,000. That's more than enough for the team to pull a victory.

Not to mention Nappa got his ass kicked by Krillin who was below 3,500. So just Goku and Piccolo are neeeded

With no one getting to King Kai, they are dead no matter what because of Vegeta.

But I know Goku and Piccolo would've pushed each other by literally fighting to death and calling it training. Either one of them could take Nappa on their own easily when he came

I can't see Goku reaching 8,000 with earth training. Everyone dies.
