SOLD, thanks guys!
It pains me deeply to have to do this, but I'm letting my Dragon Box's go. My little sister is going off to college, but between our cat having to be put down this past week, and my dad's car needing $1800 in repairs, my parents are coming up short on paying the rest of her tuition. Due to my parent's abysmal credit, they can't even get her a student loan to cover it. Now I have my own tuition and bills to pay for, but I can't stand to see her dreams crushed by circumstances out of her control, so I'm selling these. I love DBZ, but I love my sister more.
$400 shipped or best offer via Paypal or Amazon Payments.
I have a ton of great feedback in
NeoGAF's Buy/Sell/Trade community:

I have some other non-DB related stuff I'm looking to sell, you can find that listing here:

Man.. it pains me to see fans be torn apart from their Dragonboxes due to real life circumstances.. seems to happen all the time here.
Good luck in selling your collection. I'm sure there'll be someone out there who'll pay a nice fee even just for Vol. 2 alone. I hope you can buy them all back someday.

You can probably get $800 on eBay easily.
"You might think you know everything there is to know about me, but really, you're not even CLOSE."
"Never give in--never, never, never, never, in nothing great or small, large or petty, never give in except to convictions of honour and good sense. Never yield to force; never yield to the apparently overwhelming might of the enemy." ~ Sir Winston Chruchill / Dragon Ball Z in a nutshell

Yeah, that's so sad! But I don't think you should let them go that cheap, especially since it's for a good cause. Why don't you put them on eBay and get a bit more?

I'm with him. Unfortunately, I already have them, but you could easily get more for the boxes, at least $600!
I hope everything works out for you guys. Good luck!

You sound like a really good brother doing that for your sister! Good for you!

I'm only trying to get what she needs and I'm not really looking to price gouge anybody. Didn't want to go the eBay route first because I wanted these to have a good home with somebody that loves the show as much as I do.

Sounds like very unfortunate circumstances but I envy you for being such a great brother/son to help your family in the situation. Good luck with the sale and hopefully you can make a fair bit of money to help with your situation.

I too would put them on eBay. Get as much as you can for them.
Shame you're losing your DragonBoxes but fair play to you for doing such a nice thing to help out a family member. You must be a really good brother.

Hey Snaku, I've been waiting for a reply to the last two pm's I sent you. Did you sell them to someone else and forgot to tell me?
