Your Favorite Attack.

Post by KentalSSJ6 » Sat Aug 17, 2013 1:02 am

I'm sure this topic has been done before so if it has, just redirect me and shut this one down. So anyway, whats your favorite attack? Attacks from GT and movies can be included.

Mine is the Dragon Fist from Wrath of The Dragon

Apart from the generic Kamehameha, I'd go with a Makankosappo.

How many times was that used? I can only remember when Piccolo used it to kill Raditz and Goku.

Goku used the Dragon fist I think 4-5 times in GT.

I believe he used it against Nappa, or at least some version of it. And it's used fairly often in the anime and movies.

My favorites are the Makakansoppadfjkel; and the Final Flash, with the Big Bang Attack and Vegetto's Beam Sword being close seconds.

Out of the entire series of Dragon Ball, Goku only used it 4 times (to my knowledge).

Once in DBZ Movie 13.

Three times in GT
1. Super 17
2. Eis Shenron
3. Omega Shenron

If not for Omega being able to regenerate, Goku's Dragon Kamehameha would have finished him. Thats pretty damn impressive considering even when he and SSJ4 Vegeta powered up to fight Omega, they got thrashed until they fused. One can make the argument that Omega was offguard but it still remains a pretty impressive feat.

I'm really fond of the solar flare or should I say Taiyoken. The Kienzan is also cool. I even like Yamcha's Sokidan. I feel like Yamcha had the best attack debut when he fought against Kami. That moment was awesome to the max.

I like the Kaioken. The red auro looks good and I liked how there was a drawback to the attack, keeping Goku from spamming it like so many other attacks.

Goku's "Meteor Combination" is pretty cool. He only used it the one time but it can be used in the Tenkaichi/Sparking! series.

I'm pretty sure he uses it against Freeza as well. Isn't that what he did prior to the Kaio Ken x20 Kamehameha?

Kamehameha and all variations. Who hasn't tried to do one in real life while doing the hand positions while chanting. Don't lie, you totally did it.

Not really. The buffer of energy from the Kaioken pushes Freeza back a little then he rushes in, delivering about 2-3 punches while preparing the Kamehameha. Sadly he doesent do a 10 or so kick combo on him before firing the Kamehameha.

Heres a clip of the scene.

I gotta agree with you. This one's quite cool. Pakuhan's "Burning Shot" (i couldn't remember its original japanese name), and Bebi's Death Ball in GT are pretty cool attacks as well.

I was always on the fence when it came down to calling the Solar Flare a attack. Its more or less..I wanna say debilitation move, not directly damaging a enemy but leaving him open to attack. The argument could be made it could cause blindness but that can only be safely said for humans, as we dont know how the various alien races would react to such a harsh exposure of it.

Dont worry about it. Yes Pikkon's Burning Shoot is a cool attack, kinda like his own Kaio-Ken, hell it could have been taught to him by the Kai of his galaxy.

Final Flash. When Vegeta used it against Perfect Cell.

My 2nd favorite is when Frieza 100% charged that huge ki ball and threw it at Goku. Omg was that amazing :D

We need more attacks like that in DBZ. There's not much consistency between how powerful they get in the series and what they are capable of doing.
