Definitely not, but I was just addressing everyone's demands for wanting it on Generation 8 consoles despite there not being a necessity for one.

No, the graphical engine is the same, everything else is missing, including walk cycles. It would take years to code every single character into being playable on a fighting game. And all of it on a graphical style that has been surpassed twice already. Does not sound like a good investment to me.
Why does everyone want it on PS4/XBone when the character models are practically of quality of ten years ago and a the current consoles right now are more than enough to handle it. It's not like the PS3 & 360 are going any where. Hell, there are a *couple of PS2 being released this year!

*Though, one is a Japanese only expansion to FFXI and I'm pretty sure the rest are soccer games like FIFA14; but the point still stands.
I don't want it, period. Do you really think anyone is going to invest the time to make hundreds of characters unique and playable in a fighting game?[/quote]

Infinite world made them unique enough.

Your point? We are talking about hundreds of characters here.

Eh, not really. Unless they delve further into the first half of Dragon Ball, I don't think a Budokai style game would even hit 200 unique playing characters by the time they are done with GT.

This is Dimps we're talking about, not Spike. The various transformations may allow another technique to be used on occasion or something, but they usually don't make each form fight differently without reason (like if one form has a tail, while another doesn't for example). They may not be done yet, but there are around 125 characters in Heroes right now (not counting transformations, the avatars, giants, etc). Some of them would require new fighting styles as they transform (Garlic Junior's base and transformed state), but that would be balanced out the characters that can simply be costumes (Videl-Saiyaman II or Nappa-Nappa w/ Hair).

I think they all had pretty concrete themes so far. For example, the current one is focused on Super 17 and the new Artificial Human avatars. The previous one was focused on Garlic Junior.
Well, then I must change my question:

Do you think there will be a galaxy mission with a totally invented theme ?

BTW, Super C-17 absorbed C-16 (or whatever) is a great idea but with a lazy design, again

Looks like Goku is finally letting Trunks and Goten use the Fusion dance in "GT". GT Gotenks 100% confirmed:

OK that's cool. Adult Gotenks FTW.

I think the most realistic (I wouldn't call it realistic, but...) possibility for a fighting game version of Heroes would be a PSN/XBL game with DLC character packs. People would definitely buy that.

I guess Ubbhan will likely at this point since we have Adult Gotenks now. I do think they should done Tenku/Goshinhan (Goku fused with Tenshinhan using the Potara) a while back when they had the chance.

Would they really do a fusion with a fused character (I count Oob and Boo being a fused character)? Then again GT did mention the idea.

Ubb fused with Buu is no different with Piccolo fused with Nail and Kami. I'm still surprise that they haven't done Prilin yet.

You see this is why we need an in depth character creator. We could make abominations like these :D .

If I had a choice I hope they do Prilin before Uubhan. Uub was a failure as a character and Gohan fusing with him would kill the last shread of decency Gohan has which would be losing the title of strongest non fused character.

I would much rather a GT Ultimate Gohan if they have to.

You know, I too would like to see a GT Ultimate Gohan.

I wonder what they will do after the Shadow Dragon arc since Hero's Legacy does not enough characters to make new cards. I do think a Gogeta Jr. and Vegito Jr. are likely to happen though.

Namekian Shadow Dragons? They'd be even scarier since Porunga is more powerful than Shenron.

I remember when UT was confirmed to have character creation, everyone was going on and on about making a black Super Saiyan and when the game came out it was a race to get the first youtube video up.

In addition to the Gotenks confirmation earlier, GM10 will hit us on September 12th, the day before Battle of Gods releases on home format. The set will focus on a revised Plan to Eradicate the (Super) Saiyans, including characters like Cell and Bebi. Dr. Raichi will become playable this time around too. Oddly enough though, his artwork (like Hatchihyack) is from the the remake, while his game model seems to be based of thee original version of the animation.

Speaking of which, it seems this set is going full out with missions against Hatchihyack, Multi-hatchihyack (a team of 5), Giant Hatchihyack and artwork teasing Super Hatchihyack...who has never had full artwork released in high quality. That will be nice to see. There are some other details like a new Card Action Ability, but I'll just wait and see if the Kanzenshuu staff tackle that so I don't have to guess/butcher the details.

Pretty much why I hate the idea of Oobhan. Gohan basically becomes Goten and is only capable against high tiers as fused being with his individual self being worthless.
