Anyway,Can't wait for Tokyo Games Show :P.
I'm guessing, or hoping, that someone woke up and went "one game a year? yea that was a dumb idea!"
...Wait what are you doing? Are you still reading this? I finished what I had to say, why don't you move on to the next post?

OK cool, I already expected these characters to be in this game, what's so great about this news? I want to see some gameplay.

SSJ God Vegeta is highly unlikely. Cool, but highly unlikely.

Looking forward to the costume colour customization. Nice to see Birus involved... it'll probably raise interest in the game. Despite Broli being in the game, it's nice to see him appear so insignificant for once, by himself, all small... rather than the past ten-odd years of getting whacked over the head with a proverbial paddle that says, "BROLI AND BARDOCK!!!"

They have a contract. If there wasn't a new one signed this is coming out this year.

Was there any prove that they have to make a video game every year for the consoles? I always believe that we get a game ever year because Budokai was a huge hit back in 2002. Budokai 1 is the reason why DBZ games today get made in the first place.

I know the one year thing seems like a bit of a drag but the difference between Budokai 1, 2 & 3 and the difference between Tenkaichi and Tenkaichi 2 shows that one year can go a long way, then again that was PS2 and they probably did have a larger budget as the games were selling better.

Still, if BOZ gets a sequel every year I expect it to just be polished more and to have new characters, the same we've been getting for a while.

At last, the bullshit about Cell & Boo arcs not making it is over.

And also, I'm so happy that I will be able to modify the colors of each character! I can finally convert them to their manga colors! :D

IIRC, Goten has been shown. Not in gameplay, but in Menu Screens. Or was that Kid Trunks...? Either way, they wouldn't have one and not both.

...Which may be a good thing in this case. By the time it gets released, it will have been in development for at least 3 years. It might just be polished enough to be quite good, so a couple of sequels might be welcome. And not feel like baby steps (or at least, baby steps from a broken game).

Don't worry, we have seen kid Trunks, and Goten is also already confirmed.

I noted this on the most recent podcast, but Namco Bandai EU is at least pitting Battle of Z as a 2014 calendar year game. It's possible that Japan might see it at the very tail-end of 2013 with the international release coming shortly after that, but I dunno. The games on this generation of consoles have all been mostly-simultaneous (usually within a week of each other) in terms of international release schedules.

EDIT: Scratch that. Today's issue of V-Jump says 2014 (which is obviously for Japan).

Um, we had Dragon Ball Heroes Ultimate Mission for 3DS and Dragon Ball Tap Battle for Mobile Phones released this year

Anyways, that scan is hilarious. Broly made his way onto another game again, as if it wasn't obvious already XD
