As I said earlier, a lot of these were done by different artists with different styles and at different times. When we find a artist to draw the manga everyone will be adjusted accordingly. Till then we work with what we got. Now here are the groups shots, drawn by JayDRivera and Maniaxoi.

Thanks, all credit goes to the respective artists as they are the ones who drew these. I actually want to hear from the Kanzenshuu fanbase about this. I'm sticking to manga canon as much as possible while taking some artistic liberties but I also wanna cater to the fans. Pointless making a fan series if the fans arent interested.

I thought by more or less transformations you was talking about SSJ6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, and 16 . Not how many people get it. It's a fan manga so I don't really care to be honest.

Oh god no, were not going even remotely that high. Anyway, how the empire functions and the Saiyan rankings.

Emperor Dajjal, in terms of Saiyan intelligence, is rather smart. Rather than just conquer a planet and kill of its native species, he targets planets with mid to highly advanced civilizations and technology, only destroying their armies if they have one before annexing the planet into the empire and have it manufacture technology to further advance the empire. In this sense a planet like Earth would be a high priority target while planets like Namek and Yardrat would normally just be left alone or its inhabitants wiped out to turn the planet into training centers or check in points for long distance travel.

Now, heres the rankings.

1. The Emperor, Empress, and Royal Family.

2. Royal Guard, join-able only be attaining SSJ4, one is assigned as a personal bodyguard to the Royal Family and often serve as sparring partners.

3. Generals/Overseers. Capable of SSJ3, Generals are Saiyans that are sent to a planet after a Captain and a squad of soldiers clears a planet's defenses. The General then lives on the planet, making sure the planet's technology is being made for the Empire.

4. Captains. Saiyans capable of SSJ2, they lead the initial landing party when invading a planet, either alone or with a squad of soldiers before reporting in to the Capital Planet after establishing communications so a General can be sent to oversee the planet.

5. Soldiers. Basic grunts capable of SSJ1, being the first ones on the ground when invading a planet, following the orders of a captain usually in squads anywhere from 5 to 10.

6. Tailless. Saiyans who failed to join the army and had their tails permanently severed as punishment. Treated and looked upon as second class citizens, usually lumped into manual labor and other menial tasks or placed in gladiator styled matches for the higher ranks's amusement.

SUB RANKS -

1. Berserkers - Saiyans who use only Grades 2 and 3 of their Super Saiyan forms, focusing only on pure physical strength and durability at the cost of speed. Often seen as a liability to the Empire, they are often sent on suicide missions on the edges of the Empire with the hopes they die in the process.

2. Juggernauts - Saiyans who were previously of the Berserker rank until achieving Grade 4 (now LSSJ in this). They are sent on suicide missions alone, in pairs of 2, or leading a small group of Berserkers. When a Juggernaut begins becoming too successful in missions, they are often assassinated by a pair of Generals out of fear they will revolt.

3. Rouges - Saiyans who desert or betray the Empire, often consisting of Generals thinking they can rule the planet they were sent to oversee for themselves. Often dealt with by another General, a pair of Captains, or even a hired Bounty Hunter of another race.

Next ill start posting some basic information of the characters such as Kental, Arevir, Tago, and Dajjal.

They're some designs I like and some I think are just okay. But overall I kind of dig the general idea of the story. Of course, right now there's not much to go by other than a few character designs but I enjoy seeing a project unfold.

More or less transformations?

Less transformations. I believe the general fan base have seen enough fantasy transformations like SSJ5 and SSJ3455677.... You catch my drift.

Every character getting a chance to shine?

Every character should have their moments and there's no denying that some characters will shine more than others. Try not to get stuck finding a way to balance every one of them. If he or she doesn't advance the story in any way, even just a tiny bit, don't bother trying to shoehorn them in the plot just to give them a "badass" scene.

Expansions on established races we know little about (for example Freeza's and Bojack's races)?

Yes and no. Although it would be interesting to know more about familiar races, I would like to see new ones and they feel (and look) like they belong in the DB universe.

New attacks or keeping old ones?

I can only see new attacks working here.

Regarding the forms, I'm the type of fan who just loves new forms, PROVIDED that are executed properly. Will there be SSJ4 and SSJ5? Yes, in fact me I can say without spoiling too much that SSJ4 will likely be the most used form. Regarding higher forms such as SSJ5, we do have reasons and methods we find believable for it to be obtained so I dont think well be leaving people annoyed and/or disappointed.

Theres no denying the Saiyans are the primary force in this series and that they will indeed get the majority of the fights and cool stuff, but I promise even the side chracters and non Saiyans are gonna have a key role in the story and at least one major battle. Nobody will be left out.

Regarding new races, we currently havent dived into that and I'm not sure if we plan to. Why make up brand new races when theres established races that we know nothing about and can be built upon ourselves? That being said we would love to include Freeza's race in this but were at a stand still regarding a name for them. I'm asking the Kanzenshuu fanbase to help me come up with a suitable name for the race.

Now, on the first bio and my character, Kental.

KENTAL -

Age - 30.

Birthplace - Planet Dajjal, Saiyan Empire North Galaxy.

Family - Parents deceased, father dying from exposure to outer space after his pod was damaged, mother dying from giving birth to Arevir, his little brother. Amara, his mate/wife.

Personality - Laid back, bit of a slacker when it doesn't come to combat, often ending in him wandering around looking for something to cure his boredom. Known for his brutality in combat, often cutting his enemies to pieces or turning them to ash. Prefers to end his fights as quick as possible, believing he should use as little energy as possible when in a battle and not let it drag on. Sees his little brother more like a son, having raised him since the age of 5. He doesn't see much use for using fear, knowing it almost always backfires and prefers logic and respect, knowing it goes farther in the long run. He also seems to have a fear of clowns.

Saiyan Rank - General (no planet assigned).

Saiyan Forms Obtained - SSJ1-3.

History - A well renowned General of the Saiyan Empire, known for his trademark fighting style of concentrating his Ki around his arms, using them like swords (see Salza for example) and for learning how to create a barrier of Ki to preserve oxygen and protect the body in areas with no oxygen and extreme temperatures (see baby Broly). Even though hes only achieved SSJ3 hes rumored to have the potential to be on par with the Royal Guards, the Emperor himself considering making him his own personal bodyguard should he ever achieve SSJ4. He spent most of his childhood on the capitol, training with the other children, showing he had the most potential in his class he eventually rose to one of the training instructors in his teens.

He first achieved Super Saiyan form when he was 7, hearing his father being insulted because of how he died by a Saiyan captain, who's child Kental badly beat in a fight. Kental had fond memories of his father, despite being away for long periods of time he respected and admired his father, and tolerated nobody insulting his name. The anger he felt caused his Super Saiyan form to awaken for the first time, attacking the Captain though eventually getting beat down. He swore hed protect his family's name, killing anyone who insulted them no matter who they were.

Personal Song (thought id take a page from Tite Kubo as he gives his character's song) - Faceless by RED.

Heres the bio of Arevir, Kental's little brother.

AREVIR-

Age - 25

Birthplace - Planet Dajjal, Saiyan Empire North Galaxy.

Family - Both parents deceased, father from exposure to space, mother from giving birth to him. His older brother/father figure Kental.

Personality - By Saiyan standards, a rather gentle and kind person, still enjoying a good fight and sparring session, but never wanting to kill or seriously injure. Looks up to his older brother highly as a mentor and the father he never knew, his birth father dying years before he was born. Very slow to anger and very slow to calm down, tending to snap and lash out if pushed hard enough due to a childhood filled with bullying by stronger Saiyans. Longs for a mate and children, wanting to be the parent he never had. He fights like his brother, wanting to end the fight as quickly as possible, though without the brutal means his brother uses.

Saiyan Rank - Currently unranked.

Obtained Forms - SSJ1-3.

Planet Overseeing - None.

History - Arevir had a rough childhood, often picked on and beaten up by older Saiyan children for his gentle nature compared to some of the near sadistic tendencies of the other children his age. Arevir is also known throughout the empire as only the 4th child to be born a Super Saiyan, which resulted in the death of he and his brother's mother. Being exposed to the power of a Super Saiyan at such a young age caused him to have horrible issues controlling his power, which nearly resulted in him being killed during his Super Saiyan initiation trial. When the Saiyan in charge of the trials was about to execute Arevir for being unable to transform, lacking the need, Kental attacked the Saiyan, nearly getting killed in the process. It was then Arevir went Super Saiyan and beat the Saiyan to death before Kental was killed. The event traumatized Arevir, resulting in him promising himself never to kill a living being again.

As he got older he began training under his older brother, who worked him day and night for weeks on end in a effort to get him stronger and able to defend himself, knowing he wouldent be around all the time to protect Arevir. By the time Arevir reached adulthood and thanks to Kental's training, he was able to reach Super Saiyan 3, but due to his issues controlling his power, hes only able to use it in small bursts, usually resulting in him collapsing from exhaustion after the form reverts. He currently goes on missions with his older brother, enjoying their time together and using their free time to further train, his goal to equal his brother and no longer live in his shadow. His developed his own trademark ability through his training, able to focus his ki blasts to a razor's tip, giving him the ability to blast through nearly every known material in the empire.

Yes, its currently under development but its basically the same thing as Multiverse and DBNA. Now heres the bio for the Saiyan Kai.

KAI-

Age - 27.

Birthplace - Planet Yardrat, East Galaxy.

Family - Mother deceased. Father alive.

Personality - Calm and collected, he's somewhat reserved and polite due to how he was brought up. Feels the need to protect those who cant protect themselves, thinking himself a guardian of sorts. When enraged he tends to not think, just focusing on whatever made him angry and ending it or them.

Saiyan Ranking - Rogue/Deserter.

Planet Overseeing - Earth.

Obtained Forms - SSJ1.

History - Kai was born on the planet Yardrat, his mother being a gentle hearted Saiyan and mate to a brutal Captain of the empire. She fled the planet when she found out she was pregnant, not wanting her son to be raised like all the other Saiyan children, eventually becoming branded as a traitor and deserter to the empire. She eventually gave birth to Kai on the secluded planet Yardrat, raising him there alongside the native Yardratians. As Kai grew, he was trained by the Yardratians in their arts, learning and eventually mastering the Instant Transmission technique. By his teens, his mother began teaching him how to become a Super Saiyan, fearing that the empire's assassins would one day find them. Kai became ashamed of his race after being told about them by his mother, and wanting nothing to do with them. Little did he know he unintentionally put up mental barrier, preventing him from taping into his race's lust for battle and anger.

When Kai was 18, his mother began falling ill to a unknown virus. Realizing his mother would die if nothing was done, Kai left the planet in search of a cure, eventually landing on planet Earth. There he stayed for a month, becoming friends with such earthlings like Bulma and Master Roshi. He was given his own ship from Bulma when he rescued her from a Saiyan soldier and trained under Roshi, hoping one day Kai could liberate the planet from the Saiyan occupation. When Bulma and her father eventually created a cure for his mother's illness, Kai raced back to Yardrat in his ship, only to see Yardrat was nowhere to be found, along with any trace of his mother's energy. He could only assume he was too late and the empire's assassins reached her first. This sent Kai into a fit of rage, destroying the Super Saiyan barrier he put up in his mind when younger and becoming a Super Saiyan for the first time. With no home to return too, he went back to earth, living with Bulma at Capsule Corporation.

Age - 23

Birthplace - Planet Dajjal, Saiyan Empire North Galaxy.

Family - Parents, both deceased.

Personality - Charismatic and a great haggler, often able to get twice the bounty offered on his targets. Close to who he considers his allies, even willing to drop a bounty to protect them. Honest and fair, willing to split prices with his crew on whatever bounties they make. Tends to get violent when around oppressive people.

Saiyan Ranking - None.

Obtained Forms - SSJ1-2.

History - Tago was sent to a far off planet as a infant to eliminate the native population, the planet designated as a potential training center. Upon reaching the planet his pod crashed into the middle of a battlefield, the native species currently in a massive civil war. Even as a infant he proved to be a very deadly compared to the natives and was soon seized by the rebel forces. He spent his childhood as a living weapon and treated like a slave, always watched and restrained when not used to slaughter whoever he was told was a enemy. He quickly grew to hate his lack of freedom and his captors, wanting nothing more than to obliterate them and get off the planet.

He got his wish when another Saiyan came to the planet, originally sent to pick him up. Tago, the strongest being on the planet, was in awe of the Saiyan's power when he witnessed the native species become decimated and it was then he realized by the standards of his race, he was pitifully weak. Taking advantage of the situation, he stole the Saiyan's pod and escaped the planet, determined to enjoy his freedom and become stronger, wanting to prevent anyone else from having to live like he did. Tago learned how to control his Ki in a unique fashion while fighting as a slave, able to create small balls of Ki and remotely detonate them at will like mines. By the time he reached adulthood he was able to litter a whole planet with his Ki mines.

Well thats Tago. Next up is Amara, Kental's mate. Also, I added some new ranks to the Saiyan Empire in one of my previous posts.

AMARA-

Age - 26.

Birthplace - Planet Dajjal, Saiyan Empire North Galaxy.

Family - Parents deceased, her sister Ness, brothers in law Dajjal, Jedah, and Arevir. Mate/Husbund Kental.

Personality - Stern, no nonsense type of woman, not caring for jokes or sarcasm. Spoiled, having been raised beside the royal family and among the higher ranked Saiyans. Has abit of a submissive side, finding it attractive when a Saiyan tries to order her around. Brutal in combat, much like her mate, ending fights quickly regardless of how messy it gets. Is a voracious eater, having a near legendary appetite.

Saiyan Ranking - Royal Guard.

History - Little sister and personal bodyguard to Empress Ness, Amara was inducted into the Royal Guard after Ness became Dajjal's current mate, having previously been a Captain alongside her sister. Ness killed their parents after becoming Dajjal's mate, wanting to sever any ties to her previous life, only taking Amara with her on the ascent to Royalty. Amara quickly rose in power and reputation among the Royal Guard, training daily with the other members as well as her sister she achieved Super Saiyan 4 at a relatively young age compared to the other Royal Guard members. Amara became accustomed to Royal life quickly, embracing all the benefits it brought.

Amara was furious when she found out she was to be given to Kental as a reward, feeling insulted shed be mated to a Saiyan of a lower rank. She thought she deserved to be mated to a fellow Royal Guard member but as it was the Emperor's decree, she begrudgingly accepted, thinking she could at least order him around, better a servant than a husband. She still lives in the Royal Palace, refusing to share a home and bed with Kental, not until he became a member of the Royal Guard at least.

And thats Amara. Gonna take a break from bios for now and show a few rough drafts of Mani, our new Konatsian character.
