I used to go with the GT hax like everyone else. But upon reviewing the anime a bit, and learning of a few choice lines... I think Goku didn't surpass Ultimate Gohan until going SS4. The base Goku > SS3 Goku (Z) thing seems rather suspect, as Rildo(?) later says that Goku was a SS "wasn't even using half his power" when he was still fighting in base, suggesting the GT SS multiplier is tiny. Toei, I think, must have been partly aware of how the Fusion Saga guys stacked up to each other, as they conveniently edited out Ultimate Gohan and SS3 Gotenks in GT. So Ultimate Gohan smashes Ledgic's face in.
Perfect files say SSJ is still a 50x boost. I remember the dub saying it was 100x once.

Vegeta with the power of feelings(BOG movie) vs all versions of Buu in a Gaunlet match, does he sweep?

Depends on your levelings.

Kid Boo still beats him in my opinion. So basically everyone above Kid Boo such as every form Super Boo would still beat him.

There's no version of Buu that can lose this.

He's probably referring to the Bardock special. Zarbon was the one who first recommended destroying Planet Vegeta because the saiyans were rapidly growing in strength.

How? Vegeta in the movie was stronger than SSJ3 Goku.

Goku said he and Vegeta could not stop Kid Boo's best attack if they worked together. They both can easily go SSJ3 and SSJ2 in a second. Goku said it was pointless to try. During the battle Goku even says Kid boo is dragging out the battle on purpose. Which leads me to believe Kid Boo is superior. Vegeta's rage would only last a short time and he would be killed easily.

30 seconds. Boo can regenerate and drag out the battle. Boo > SSJ3 Goku. So your point is............?

Super Buu, at least, is effectively immune to fighters who have a time limit; he can just blow himself up and reform whenever the time limit runs out. This is both in his capabilities and in-character. I wonder if that would work on SSG?

I like to think that these two are equals, and Movie 7 is basically the movie version of what would happen had the future androids showed up instead of the present ones. So Android 13 = Future 17 and Android 15 = Future 18, roughly. Could go either way, but I'll go by a hunch and say 13.

Yeah, not sure if I buy that. Then it makes even less sense, and Rildo's statement is the understatement of the milennium.

In any speech or conversation, I think it's sane to go by:

Half > "less than" / "not even" half > one third.

The x2.5 or so SS multiplier in GT actually makes some things a BIT more internally inconsistent. Goku wouldn't even surpass the non-existent Ultimate Gohan and never-formed Gotenks until reaching SS4. Like I said, I think deep inside, Toei really knew how strong Goku was compared to his sons, and so both eliminated the two powerhouses and introduced a new transformation.

Your rationalizing GT. That's a red flag right there.

You shouldn't decrease the SSJ multiplier for GT's sake  .

I don't recall him saying anything along those lines. You could also brush that off saying what he said was GT logic.

"Less than/not even half" only means "less than half." That could very well be 1/50th.

I kind of agree with what TheMightyOzaru said. Assuming something far-out like "Super Saiyan is only about a 2.5x boost now" for GT's sake just isn't worth it.
