I'm pretty sure the question is whether a Vegeta(Buu arc) post ROSAT could handle Gotenks.

Gotenks wins, easily.
Holy crap 65% :o

I settled with 42.5%, How strong you have Vegeta and Trunks on the CG?

Tired MSSJ Goku vs Rested MSSJ Goku (the one exiting the RoSaT that Vegeta said was still weaker than him and it's the same one that Cell fought on their warm up).

I'm gonna go with the Rested Goku. Even if he is weaker, Goku's shown the endurance to take blows from stronger enemies before. Eventually the tired Goku will run out of power, and rested will take this.

The Daizenshuu state that Final Flash is a technique that can only be used in a form beyond Super Saiyan.
I have Vegeta and Trunks at 75% Goku.

So I guess I don't really take the power inflation in the Boo arc seriously, but I don't take the power inflation in earlier arcs seriously either, so there's no net loss of seriousness. I think a silly story presented as serious is harder to accept than a silly story presented as silly.

Super Vegetto (with SSGod power) vs Super Vegetto (with SSGod power)

OK, let me make things more clear:

The first Vegetto is composed of Goku & Vegeta that transformed both into Super Saiyan God, and absorbed its power in their base & Super Saiyan. Then, they merged with the Potara in base, and then Vegetto turned Super Saiyan
The second Vegetto is composed of Goku & Vegeta that haven't transformed into Super Saiyan God, in other words, they are mortals. So, they merged with the Potara, then Vegetto transformed into a Super Saiyan God, and then absorbed its power & turned Super Saiyan.

P.S.: Both pairs of Goku & Vegeta are from the 28th Tenkaichi Budokai era, and Goku, Vegeta, and Vegetto transformed all into a Super Saiyan God with help from SS Gohan, SS Goten, SS Trunks, Pan, and Bra.

They don't merge as Super Saiyan Gods. They merge in base after absorbing the power of Super Saiyan God.

Ok, I have crafted a minimalist list for this fight. Here is where I have them:
Non-Minimalist:
FPSSJ Vegeta: 4,000,000,000-6,000,000,000
FPSSJ Gotenks: 21,000,000,000
Minimalist:
FPSSJ Vegeta: 4,000,000,000-6,000,000,000
FPSSJ Gotenks: 7,500,000,000
Yeah even heavily reducing Gotenks, Vegeta still loses.

Dabra one-shots him. Even if I didn't believe Dabra was fighting a SS2 (and that said SS2 was stronger than the one that two-shotted Bojack), Bojack's still an idiot who's arrogant, a giant target, and doesn't wear a shirt. He also knows nothing about Dabra's abilities. An ideal target for the spit.

Dabura struggled against Ssj Teen Gohan. Bojack forced Kid Got an to transform into Ssj2. Bojack takes this easily in terms of power but Dabura's spit is a real wild card.

Perhaps not by much, but I think Bojack is the stronger of the two. SS Gohan was no match for him.
