Perfect Cell being the one after self destructing, essentially SSJ2 Cell. Fat Buu being the one Buu that nearly kills Gohan.

Boo, obviously. Super Perfect Cell was said to be even with SS2 Gohan, and SS2 Goku & Vegeta (post-Majin) were both stated to have surpassed Gohan from back then, yet they stood no chance against Boo.

Videl VS ChiChi. Both are human martial artists of relatively great skill for humans.

Chichi trained under Gyumao, Kame-sennin's former pupil, and had a battle power close to Kame-sennin during the 23rd Tenkaichi Budokai, making her a super-human. Videl, however, while she is very strong for a human, has only trained under normal real-life conditions, which makes her a very strong human. The only thing she can do with ki is fly & use ki blasts (according to video games). So, Chichi stomps.KentalSSJ6 wrote:Videl VS ChiChi. Re: The All-Purpose "Versus" Thread
I don't think Videl or Satan are above 5. They just have more physical strength than the average human, and in Videl's case, EXTREMELY basic ki manipulation.

Herms wrote:The fact that the ridiculous power inflation is presented so earnestly makes me just roll my eyes and snicker. Like with Freeza, where he starts off over 10 times stronger than all his henchmen except Ginyu (because...well, just because), then we find out he can transform and get even more powerful, and then he reveals he can transform two more times, before finally coming out with the fact that he hasn't even been using anywhere near 50% of his power. Oh, and he can survive in the vacuum of space. All this stuff is just presented as the way Freeza is, without even an attempt at rationalizing it, yet the tone dictates we're supposed to take all this silly grasping at straws as thrilling danger. So I guess I don't really take the power inflation in the Boo arc seriously, but I don't take the power inflation in earlier arcs seriously either, so there's no net loss of seriousness. I think a silly story presented as serious is harder to accept than a silly story presented as silly.

I guess Tuffles as they have access to better technology. Their ships we're way better than earth's and their technology created Hatchiyack.Capsule Corps(With Bulma) vs Tuffles.

The faster ships were based on Tuffle technology. Though they did improve on it with Goku's ship. So who knows.Gero made a ship? Pretty sure if CC can make better ships than Tuffles then Gero sure can make better than Tuffles. Well Gero made cyborgs that can eat energy and pure energy cyborgs.
