I also had Shin Budokai on PSP and it was really good. Never got to play the sequel though

(Does Advanced Adventure count? That'd be my favorite) Infinite World.
Upgrade from Budokai 3 with most of the cool Shin Budokai stuff, with a simple linear story mode (and GT), with NO HYPER MODE DRAGON RUSH? Dear Dende, yes.

If only Infinite World had better characters though. seriously great saiyaman 2 instead of general rilldo, majuub and nuova shenron? That's really lame

I think they were mostly limited to taking character models from that Carddass game that came out a while before due to having a low budget. To be fair they did include GT Goku and Vegeta as well as Super 17, Baby Vegeta and Janemba.

But yeah there were some other characters they could have included from it:

I believe you're talking about Dragon Ball Z: W Bakuretsu Impact, and that had GT Uub (and "Super Uub", who I believe is Majuub) and Nuova Shenron.
