Hmm... I must have missed that line. I thought it was that the saiyan must be the one in control, not someone else, which was why Babi couldn't do it. That was my reasoning. Oh, well.

RocketMan covered it...more or less. If I remember, there was an actual line saying "One must possess pure Saiyan blood to tap such a level of power" or something of that sort.

Who knows? I'm no GT expert, I just remember hearing it.

An SSJ3 Vegeta would be so cool; and logical too, since he just jumped from SSJ2 to to SSJ4 (by cheating, I might add).

I'm sure many a fanfic has been written, and many a piece of fanart made (there is one SSJ3 Vegeta fanart that was so good and looked so official

), though.

Vegeta didn't cheat any more than Goku did.

Do you mean from SSJ3 to SSJ4, or SSJ to SSJ2, or SSJ2 to SSJ3? Or all of them?

Goku got his tail pulled out by the Kais, he didn't achieve SSJ4 all on his own.

Yeah, I'd also want Vegeta SSJ3 in the game also. I want there to be something like, you choose which stages you wanna not-transform to. As in, I don't really want to turn SSJ4 but my partner might want to.

As for Tullece becoming Oozaru in Tenkaichi (Sparking Neo) 2 I think that's great news. I heard when it came out but I'm still glad that another Oozaru form will make an appearance. I just hope Golden Oozaru Goku or Bebi (Vegeta) makes an appearance.

P.S. Goku getting his tail pulled out is really weird... I mean couldn't they do someting that made sense like Supreme Kai using Kibito's powers to "heal" Goku so his tail grows back. I mean it makes sense that way... it appears young Saiyans can grow a new tail but when they become adults for some reason they cannot.

Yes, the Kais pulling Goku's tail out of this butt was odd to say the least, but I think Toei thought it'd be funnier that way.

I mean, when a Saiyajin grows back his tail, doesn't it just pop out all at once, like in Dragonball (Goku about to get thrown out of the ring at the 21st Tenkaichi Budokai) or in the Saiyan Saga (Gohan's tail just pops out of nowhere)? Those occurences make me think that the tail grows back when it's needed in a last ditch effort.

Yeah, I think I know what image you are talking about. But, as cool as vegeta going ssj3 would be, you know all those "hardcore" fans would just bitch about it not being in the series, or what not.

I can't seem to recall too many upset people over "Tiencha" and Ssj2 Trunks.

I sure did. Well, not about tiencha, but on more than one board I saw people arguing back and forth about it not being true, or that he could do it all along, and it got ugly. I for one would love to see a ssj3 vegeta.
