Budokai 3 level up. This all the way. Really missed it in Budokai 3 HD. I also like the song from which it was stolen :)

Oh GodKamiKingKaioshin you have no idea how hard this is for me. I love the entire Budokai soundtracks to death. Asking me to pick a song is like asking me to pick who survives the Apocalypse.
Why Dragon Ball Consistency in something such as power levels matter!

I've never head any Super DBZ stuff. It's good, but all the songs use a lot of the same instruments :? .

On the whole the Dimps games have the best music, particularly Budokai 3 and Infinite World. Although I love the score for the English version of BT2 which was 10x better than the BT3 score. RB2 had some good music from Yamamoto in earlier copies.

TBH I dislike the RB2 score. I only like Battle of Omega and Gallant. Other then that I find it bland.
