I'm assuming it is. The website for the game has 75 character boxes:

–67 blue for normal characters like Goku, SS Goku, Piccolo, Birus, etc.
-3 green, presumably for Sage Goku, SS Bardock and SS Vegetto (that latter one is a stupid pre-order bonus, he should just be in the game)
-5 red for giant characters like Ozaru Vegeta, Ozaru Gohan, transformed Hildegarn
Direct translations of the Korean DB Online timeline and guidebook.
My personal "canon" and BP list. (Coming Soon)

i'm sure it's like ssj3 broly for raging blast were the people who pre-orderd the game got to play with him without unlocking him

Had to laugh at the fact that they were hyping the game as the first "IN OVER 2 YEARS!1!!1!!"

Is that Sabat narrating the trailer? If it is him, I hope they gave him a glass of water afterwards. Seems like there's a bit of strain on his voice. :P

The style in which this trailer was done- 10 year old me would've been all over this, 16 year old me would be all over this if I hadn't been screwed over by DB games so many times in recent history. So much cheese.

New animation's always nice.

Must admit, it's quite weird seeing BOG acknowledged in an English context, if that makes any sense. Like, it's weird to see an English narrator hyping up something that's so new, and only a few months old in Japan.

Not quite sure of what to make of the voices for Birus and Whis, it's funny seeing newly animated footage of them so soon after their initial appearance.

I mus admit it, this game's starting to look kind of tempting. Some of the stages look interesting and some of the things the characters were doing look promising.

EDIT: Just watched the Japanese one. Good to see FLOW getting some play. Can't help but wonder what Kageyama's up to, though.

The game is pretty much the first DBZ game I've been exited for in years.

I MAY just have to buy it... but first, I need a new PS3 controller.

"I'll show you the power of a Super Saiyan God!"

...Ok, my spine is still shivering from that. Dammit Fox, let Funi dub BoG, Schemmel's already getting ready for the new form.

Oh, any idea who voiced Beers? Sounds familiar, but I can't place it.

Sadly, Toei's been rather distant in recent years. He hasn't done a Sentai Song at least since Gogo Sentai Boukenger vs Super Sentai back in the mid 2000s (assuming that was him...it sounded like him doing that insert song, but I might be mistaken). He also hasn't done anything for the DBZ or Saint Seiya anime in ages. Videogames? Sure (and that one badass looking SS Pachinko Machine), but nothing in anime form.

That said, Kageyama does voice act on Garo (live action Tokusatsu, he voices a magic talking skull ring) and some of its music.

This game might not be so bad. The whole battle royale idea is the direction I think everyone wanted dbz games to go in after seeing Zenkai Battle Royale. I can live with the fact there is no GT; thats not that big of a deal. Too bad their might not be in-game transformations. It was possible in Tenkaichi Tag Team so why not here? Also, only 70 characters? RB2 had 90...oh well its not perfect but we'll get some of the movie characters at least.

My only real concern left is the gameplay itself. And I can't really judge that until I have the controller in my hand and playing the game. I made that mistake with UT. I thought the gameplay looked fun, and then when I was actually playing it...well you get the rest of the story.

The game is starting to look better. I guess this completely confirms it's not this year then. The only thing I don't like is that thing about being able to team up the various forms of the same character. We'll see an annoying amount of Goku teams online.

*Feels spoiled getting additional animation for ssjg Gokû so soon after the movie.* X3

Did not pay much attention to the voices as the English dub no longer interests me, but I did notice and agree on how much Sabat's voice had to hurt after that.

Okay so after seeing that trailer, this is a day one buy for me. I'm sorry but that looked amazing. I don't like how you can be 4 Gokus...but 360 degree boss battles? 4 on 4 battles online and I saw a little more gameplay. Can you imagine you and your friends talking over the mic and knowing what they are doing working together to fight? It's no ZBR but I'll be damned if I don't buy this. Actually hyped.

Yamcha is waaaaaaaaaaaay to freakin excited for this game. I have to admit, I may give this game a rent to see if it's worth anything now though.

No Kikuchi music. Oh, my. It's almost as if we were fooled into thinking it would be in the game, only for them to change it again. What an unexpected twist. Did not see that one coming at all. /sarcasm

EDIT: Wait. So there's an european trailer narrated by Chris Sabat, but everything else in japanese, with Flow's Cha-La playing. And an american trailer with everything in english and some replacement rock music. I have no idea what's going on right now.

EDIT2: Oh and different box art. Sure, why not? Both look good.
