I was going to post this Sailor Moon Z piece on the Fan Works Explosion thread but then I realized I made their breasts larger than I intended. *sigh* Even when I don't want to draw big boobs I do it anyway. Also, Bulma's arm is longer than it should be... eh, I'm tired.

....You inspire me, Scarz, you really do <3
I wish I could draw like you do.
Thanks! It's so bizarre to hear that I inspire someone. It's really something I don't expect to hear very often. It's really nice!

Yes, drawing big boobs must be such a curse, I'm sure it plagues you constantly.
Joking aside, great pic yet again. Can't say I'm a Sailor Moon fan (never had the chance to check it out yet really), but I can't ever say no to Android 18 in a skirt like that...

Who looks up sexy pics of their own girlfriend when he can see her like that without a computer screen. Super dork.
Why Dragon Ball Consistency in something such as power levels matter!
Spoiler:
Doctor. wrote:I've explained before, I'll just paraphrase myself.
Power levels establish tension and drama. People who care about them (well, people who care about them in a narrative) don't care about the big numbers or the fancy explosions. If you have character A who's so much above character B, who's the main character, you're gonna be left wondering how in the hell character B, the character we're supposed to care and root for, is going to escape the situation or overcome the odds. It makes us emotionally invested.
If character B doesn't escape the situation in a believable way that's consistent with previous events, then that emotional investment is gone. It was pointless tension, pointless drama made just to suck in the viewer. It has no critical value whatsoever. The audience is left believing that the author can just create whatever scenarios he wants and what happens to the characters is decided by whatever the author wants to happen, regardless of the events that happened in the story. Which, in fairness, is what happens, but the audience wants to be fooled. The audience wants to know that the world they're following has rules. That the world they're invested in isn't going to bend to external factors that are irrelevant to them.
An author can do whatever he wants with the characters, that's not false. But the author should also have the responsibility to make sure it fits in cohesively with the other events in the narrative he has created.
Major LOL to the Gohan pic, as well as Rocketman's video reply. Both seem about right, yeah.
Actually, thinking on it, I think all of the Videl stuff you've done is my favorite too Scarz. I'm not sure if this is because it's the DB girl you draw best, or just because she's my favorite...hmm...

This is AMAZING, I a a huge Sailor Moon fan and I really like this. Is this on tumblr? I'll reblog it, or just upload it myself if it is not.
Rocketman wrote:"Shonen" basically means "stupid sentimental shit" anyway, so it's ok to be anti-shonen.

Videl is quickly becoming my second favorite female DB character to draw (the first being Chichi, of course). You'll be surprised how many people has asked me to draw more of her. She quite popular, hm?

Yep, it's on tumblr. Please keep in mind that the rest of the blog is generally nsfw.

She must be, yeah. Kind of funny, I remember the most popular female character - at least, in regards to looks - back in the day seemed to be Android 18. Now, I don't hear quite as many people going on about her.
I suppose these things come and go though, and there'll always be a question of favorites. It's eternal like 'Ginger or Mary Anne?' (Probably way too dated a reference for some here...)

I don't normally laugh at my own jokes but drawing this made me giggle a little.

No problem. BTW I love that gif, going to find a way to use it one day.

I was on the Android 18 bandwagon back then. Drew tons of sketches of her and Goku.

18 and Goku? Huh, that's a pairing I don't see or hear about too often, though I do remember certain...comics...and stories...dealing with it back in the day, heh.
