Course, it'd be easier and cheaper still if RightStuf were to carry it, as they have before. They were carrying this really nice import Freeza figure for a while.
If you are interested, Sideshow forums has an intensly long forum discussion on the Figuarts. (Just search for Dragon ball z S.H. figuarts sideshow forum on google.) The figures are totally worth the money.

Brad Redfield wrote:Damn, Figuarts Goku looks fantastic! The painfully long wait was worth it. Perfect colors and sculpt... except...

- He comes with five right hands and four left hands
- He comes with four faces
- He comes with some sort of 'Kamehameha effect parts'

He doesn't come with a screaming/yelling face which kinda creates a problem. While the 'serious' face is serviceable, it's kinda odd to include the Kamehameha part but not a suitable face to go with it. Hell, they even showed off a yelling face with the first prototype.

Of course, I'll most likely display Goku smiling so this doesn't bother me too much.
So is he really going to come with the effect part as shown like, three years ago? I hope so. There is a guy on eBay making some awesome effect parts for DBZ but they have a slightly different feel than the ones made by figurearts.

I think the no screaming face is a complete problem. I'm only planning on buying Normal Goku (as I already have Saiyan Saga Vegeta) and they have to be posed together. How and he shoot that wave if he isn't screaming!?!?

Pretend he's starting to say "me"?

No one knows yet. Some are saying it might be a re-use of the Kamehameha part that came with Cell. Personally, I think he's coming with the charge-up effect that you mentioned. Goku's price-point is lower than Cell's for a reason.

Good news, I may be wrong. Apparently the site doesn't count the default face and hands that the figures come with.

So Goku should come with:

- Six right hands
- Five left hands
- Five faces
- Kamehameha part

People are speculating that they'll show off the yelling face with the Kamehameha part at a later date.

That will most likely be his only yelling face, and that would have all of them be accounted for:

- Serious
- Smiling
- Laughing
- Shocked
- Yelling

Welp, the Bluefin Tamasii Nations USA Facebook page confirmed that Goku will come with five faces. So he pretty much has to come with the yelling face.

$40 seems like a great deal. I'm hoping that #17, $18 and Shenron will see the light of day. TamashiiNations has the habit to show off figures then we never see them again. The S.H.Figuart of AkaRanger and the S.H MonsterArts of Godzilla 1989 where shown off once and we never heard back on them ever again.

I'm still seriously considering eventually picking this up, or seeing if my girlfriend would be willing to get it for me for Christmas, or something. It's just such an awesome looking figure, for a decent price.

I think S.H Figuarts Goku will look great next to the upcoming S.H Figuarts Injustice Superman figure on display. I'm still believe that I haven't bought any of the DBZ S.H Figuarts. I tend to buy the Kamen Rider ones the most since Kamen Rider has became my new collecting hobby since Mcfarlane toys stop making Spawn stuff.

For those wanting the SH Figuarts Goku, you'll need to wait until March-April of next year to actually get the chance to own him.

Until then, we have Krillin coming out in November.

Wait, what? What Krillin figure? Is it from this same line and does it look just as awesome?

Man, it's just so...awesome looking.

I swear I'll never get used to 'Klilyn' though.

Master Stars Piece Vegeta:

I wipe it off the tile, the light is brighter this time, everything is 3D blasphemy.
My eyes are red and gold, the hair is standing straight up, this is not the way I picture me.
I can't control my shakes, how the hell did I get here? Something about this, so very wrong.
I have to laugh out loud, I wish I didn't like this. Is it a dream or a memory?

this Master Stars piece vegeta looks like a cheap chinese fake to me until i see more official looking press images.
The word "KAI" means in the old North Germanic language Frisian "Kämpfer engl. Fighter" respectively "Krieger engl. Warrior"!

I found this on the Henshin Justice forms. Beware of the S.H Figuarts bootlegs!
