Well, Dragon Ball is aimed at boys and written by a man, so it's not exactly unfeasible that the females in the series wouldn't be portrayed in the greatest light. I wouldn't really claim it's total sexism, though. But I don't think any of them were portrayed so badly that they deserve to be hated upon.
Buruma was a bit bratty and flirtatious at first, but she outgrew that. I wouldn't say that she's mean, because look at what she has to put up with! Wouldn't you go nuts if you had to deal with so many dumb muscleheads and perverts?

She's still a decent person overall, but I don't think she gets enough chance to show it.
Chichi's not that bad either. As a kid she's really touchy and quick to attack people, and then as an adult, she's the typical overprotective mother, and still a bit touchy. But most people really exaggerate her touchiness, like Some Random Guy.
All of the girls, save maybe Good Lunch, are pretty "pushy", but you could easily say they're confident and independent just the same. There's no reason to badmouth any of them like that, though I've also seen plenty of it.
