SSJ4 Goku in Ultimate Tenkaichi?

It doesent really sound like his SSJ3 voice and he does have that SSJ4 tone on the word "pay" and it syncs with the character model.

So, was SSJ4 Goku and possibly SSJ4 Vegeta intended for Ultimate Tenkaichi? They could have been planned DLC as Ultimate Tenkaichi does a DLC scan when starting up. Could they have been cancelled due to bad reviews and/or poor sales?

Could have been a line that was meant for SSJ4 Gogeta considering that Chris and Sean record their lines for Gogeta and Vegetto separately.

Definitely sounds like SSJ4 Goku's voice. No doubt about it. Speaking of DLC, was any DLC ever promised for UT in the first place? Or even hinted at?(b4, you know, the game came out)

Well we do get a DLC scan at the startup. Its possible they were cut due to time constraints and would be introduced later as DLC. Not to mention theres a SSJ4 aura option for Hero mode. My guess is Namco cancelled DLC due to sales and reviews. A shame, even though the gameplay was a failure, the came could have benefited from a bigger GT roster.

I don't think that's quite accurate. Pretty sure the PS2 games sold a great deal more than any of the X-Box 360/PS3 games.

Anyways yes he was meant to be in they game either by DLC or unlockable. Shamer though as I would love to see SSJ4 Goku in UB graphics. Sad part is. Chaos didn't do the same with Vegeta which makes me wonder if this was for a fused Gogeta(as said earlier) or SSJ4 Vegeta would't be in the game.

It deserved it. The "gameplay" if you can call it that was based on QTE and very little kick/punch/beam shots which then took you back to Rock-Paper-Scissors.
