Does anyone have this particular issue? I've been told that Toriyama states Kid Boo is the strongest Boo in this issue.

I have it, but it is tucked away in my room in the US. As far as I have seen, nowhere has Toriyama stated Kid Buu was the strongest. I don't even think he was interviewed in the 5th one...but I could be wrong...I thought it was the DB Trivia champions though.
