Android 13 wasn't able to beat SSJ Goku, so he shouldn't be around Imperfect Cell.

M7 SSjin Goku > M7 SSjin Vegeta who should be at least a little bit stronger than when he fought Android 18 so Android 13 ~ Imperfect Cell (Ginger Town) IMO, Piccolo also talks to Android 13 like he did with Cell

Goku is always > Vegeta in movies. Movie 6 Vegeta is suposed to be > Goku, yet he isn't.

I thought in all movies Goku was the strongest not counting Movie 13 and Movie 1(Gohan rage)

Artificial Human arc Vegeta is stronger than Goku, so I see no reason for Goku to be stronger in Movie 6. I guess it's an opinion, but still.

This is Toei we're talking about. Vegeta got his ASS kicked by Cooler. Goku at least put up a decent fight. Especially compared to Vegeta.

Goku put up a fight against an earlier version of Cooler that hadn't adapted to his stuff yet, and once Cooler did he dominated Goku just as much as he did Vegeta.

Vegeta got beat MUCH more. Least Goku put up a minor fight. Vegeta came in and got banged in the face

Yeah after Meta Cooler got a power up :| ... Goku was only able to keep up with Shunkan Idou after that. He got schooled just like Vegeta did.

The only "fight" Goku put up against the evolved Cooler was when he deflected some relatively weak finger blasts, which is not beyond Vegeta's ability to do. Otherwise, he got slaughtered just as much as Vegeta did.
