Weren't some Dragon Quest characters in U2 as well?

Superman is, and always has been, a symbol for truth, justice, and upstanding moral fortitude–a role model and leader as much as a fighter. Though never shy about risking his life to save either one person or the entire world, he just doesn’t believe that the balance of the world rests in any way on his shoulders, and he has no need to shape any part of it in his image. Goku is an idealist, and believes that there is some good in everyone, but he is unconcerned with the big picture of the world…unless it has to do with some kind of fight. Politics, society, law and order don’t have much bearing on his life, but he’s a man who knows right from wrong.

Buu is going to win for sure. I'm betting this version of Tenshinhan will likely be around SSj3 level.

I think Salagir said that the humans can't reach the Super Saiyans.

Then how they defeat Coola, Cell and Buu in their universe? I guess everything in their universe must be weak as shit if they are weaker then normal SSj. I believe humans can reach SSj or higher with enough training.

I honesty think the highest a Human can go is around Cell Arc power TBH. With few Humans(Even hardcore ones like the Z fighters in this universe) can get slightly above that. But Salgiar most likely think with enough training they can be SSJ3 leveled.

Seeing as how Saligir doesn't stray out of the core multiverses outside of the tournament, I don't think he planned out U9. He just subtracted Goku, gave them all Kaioken, and sent them out. I have a theory on how this universe played out

My guess,
Son Goku is no longer existing in that universe. Bulma goes to get the dragonballs, and it's Son Gohan the elder who goes with her. More or less the same, but I doubt that anyone went to take on the RR. King Piccolo got out, someone had to have drunk Karin's poison water to get stronger-Since Krillin didn't go back to get Goku's things since he's dead, Either Krillin, or Tenshinhan. One of them trains with Kami, and that person, knowing that killing Piccolo would kill Kami, but not willing to take chances, uses the Mafuba, on Piccolo jr at the end of the 24th martial arts tournament and can do it without dying. 5 years later, Raditz. Raditz had to have been killed somehow, perhaps by Popo stepping in (Popo at 1050, apparently) One of the Z Fighters was killed they go to King Kai get the training, Saiyans arrive a year later for same reason as before, and things diverge

The rumor is it that Cooler on his own accord came to Earth, but the U9 Z Fighters don't know Freeza. They never left Earth then, meaning, no one died against the Saiyans. They had to have fought smart then, a lot smarter and I suppose more cowardly than showing up in front of the Saiyans, and fight: Either way King Kai's student appears and kills Nappa, something had to have happened to prevent Vegeta from going Ape in the initial battle with the student, Vegeta dies too.

I'd throw in Movies 1-3 and maybe 4 to give them things to take care of, and then Cooler shows up. He's likely expanding, and may have killed Freeza to take his portion of the universe, for the sake of the conversation, King Cold is there too. I can only deus ex machina it, if it wasn't a Giant Spirit Bomb that King Cold and Cooler couldn't stop, it was the Mafuba again, modified to work against evil people as well as demons.

3 years Dr. Gero is not genocidal crazy, just normal crazy, the RR needs solders to take over the world, Yamcha is captured at one point and turned into Gero's 17th creation. He's nothing but a puppet now, but Bulma's love and their son helped Yamcha reject the RR doctrine, and like Seventeen and Eighteen in U18, broke away, all the Z Fighters destroy the RR Army, and now they have someone who is stronger than a basic SSJ, perhaps even Ascended Saiyan since Yamcha wasn't an ordinary person before turned. As for Buu saga, Mafuba against Buu and Dabura.

DB has shown that a weaker person can take down a stronger if the stronger is taken off-guard. Some examples: Yajirobe vs Vegeta. Or how Vegeta blindsides Goku in the Buu saga. Or how imperfect Cell avoids being killed before he's strong enough.

In U9, Krillin could have killed Freeza with a Kienzen if he hadn't dodged.

Cell could be defeated before he gains perfect form: Yamcha could have avoided absorption.

Buu is magical so there's no real rules there.

Oh great, another side story  .

Cold's throne room looks surprisingly more elegant than Bardock's.

I still like the design for King Cold's 4th form. I wonder if he can transform into a 5th form or not?

That's probably because of the red carpet and red curtains in Cold's throne-room.
I think that it is a good artistic choice, showing that the Saiya-jins don't care about elegance and superfluous things.

Best thing that could happen to Multiverse is if Asura becomes the full time artist, or Salagir manages to get ahold of Sebliet. I mean dude...check his work out
