Tenkaichi 3 Wii PAL Edition price has increased?

Recently DBZ Tenkaichi 3 Wii copies on eBay went from £5-8 to £17-20 which seems like an irregular price for the game in question.

I paid around £9 for it a while ago (most of it was due to shipping fees) so I think that was a good deal as I didn't want to spend any more money on it.
