Speculation, but spoilered out of courtesy because the foreshadowing is there and I don't want to ruin anyone else's fun in learning this:

Spoiler:

-Buu's absorbed the telekinesis-supressing armor.
-Twice now it's been hinted that Babidi can seal Buu, both with Buu going out of his way to silence him and with the recent convo.
-Gast has beaten a version of Fat Buu before. This MAY make him slightly arrogant about being able to hold Zen Buu.
-Both Vegetto and Buu want to fight.

Conclusion? Buu will crack the telekinetic armor, get revenge on the unexpecting Gast, and go on a rampage. Either Vegetto finally loses it when he can't destroy Buu (he didn't seem too scared even though Vegetto had the Buu-Duster attack) or Babidi finally seals him, depriving Vegetto of yet another great battle and sending him over the edge.

Since it's come up at all, I can't see anything but Gast falling for this, or being talked into it, or something...it'd be kind of pointless to bring up the option of Buu staying if he was just going to go 'lolz, no' and boot him out of the tournament...that said though...bad, bad decision to fall for this.

But hey, bad decisions kind of are Dragon Ball, so it fits.

Considering Gast was going to murder Gohan, Krillin, and Bulma under a case of miscommunication in his universe, I doubt he is optimistic enough to let Buu go.
